If you like to cook you will enjoy a trip to Williams-Sonoma. We spent about 45 minutes reviewing the quality cookware and finding gadgets galore. We want to return for 5 or 6 or 30 items, if not 50. So many cool cooking gadgets, appliances, and accessories. The pizza oven would surely be over used if we decide to bring one home.

Who doesn't love this place! Had an older woman help us she was amazing! So helpful & knowledgeable about the espresso machines. She even showed us pictures of her coffee kitchen with the same expresso machine that I wanted to buy and I did buy it thanks to her.

was a bit reluctant to come inside because I've seen many unfriendly staff around this area. But the staff who approached me as soon as I walked in was very kind and friendly. I bought a set of the two pans as she recommended. Still using them very well.

We purchased our Wustof Classic Ikon knives from Williams Sonoma with the expectation that we would receive great customer service. We took 3 of them to be sharpened on May 11th. We were told the only person in the store who did the sharpening was on vacation and they wouldn't be ready until Tues, May 16th. I called on Monday May 15th to see if they were possibly ready early because I was in the area. The person who answered the phone rudely told me she was the knife sharpener and she just back from vacation and she would let me know when they were ready. I called back to the store on Sunday May 21st and was told no one had looked at them yet. I don't understand how something that should take 30 minutes (per the store manager) couldn't be completed in 1 1/2 weeks. I drove to the store to retrieve my unsharpened knives. I will take the knives and my...

My husband and I visit this store every time we vacation in the area which is 2-3 times a year. I love looking at all the appliances and accessories. But every time no matter who is working we get followed around the store and watched and treated as if we're thieves. My husband is biracial and it makes me angry that it doesn't matter who is working we are treated this way. Either Williams Sonoma hires a bunch of racists or they train their staff to be racially biased. Like it's okay Brenda you work at a retail store making $16 an hour we are here on vacation. We can pay to vacation we can shop. Like how can you think we are going to carry a Breville out the door? It's been a joke everytime we come that we go into the racist store but this time it just really ticked me off and there needs to be some...

We were made to feel, as if the staff did not want us in their store. Everyone was greeted, everyone were being checked on, everyone was made to feel welcomed… except us (the black people). Surrounding store such as Pottery Barn were welcoming and made us laugh, and another store Billabong “manager”spoke to us for 25min about me and my husband moving to the area…But Williams Sonoma staff are just as racist as they come. We were being stared at, and they purposefully did not approach us, because of our skin color! I will be spending my BLACK money at a store that will welcome me and my husband and they will NEVER...
