TBBC will have my heart forever. What incredible customer service. Y’all, we had some hurricanes in FL about 3 days after I placed an order, and things got lost. When I called, boy was it refreshing to have a caring human who also has agency! Daphne is truly the best, and from now on I will only order from her. Snooty employees, for the second time. On top of that I asked my mom to take my son in there to do the paint the pumpkin event that they had going on 10/21 (today) and the employee asked if we had signed up for it, which I didn’t see on the flyer so I was unaware that we needed to. But they didn’t let my son participate because of not being signed up. Needless to say there was nobody in the store participating in the event. We will...
