Pain Specialists of Orange County Mission Viejo — Local services in Mission Viejo

Dr. Mike Shahbazian is the best pain management specialist I've met. Staff is amazing and always kind considerate and on time. The Mission Viejo office is his surgicenter as compared to the Laguna Hills office and Irvine office I've been to for my appointments. This has been the fourth state that I have seen doctors in for my pain in my neck back ribs Etc and by far his office and his undying interest in my care and issues is unheard of. Not everything works all the time regarding the shots and the surgeries and everything I've been through but he's with me and has been with me throughout it all and that for in itself...

I did not have a good experience going to this group of doctors. I did not see Dr. Shabazian(sorry I can't recall his name correctly), but I saw Dr. Gupta and Dr. Mosave. The doctors don't seem to understand that chronic pain patients have extreme pain flare ups. And when I did, they did nothing to help! I don't undersand why they purposely write "DO NOT" fill the prescription on the exact 30 day mark. They are suppose to help manage our pain, and not treat us like drug addicts. I had eztremely bad experience with this office, and one of their nurse Natalia is just simply rude!

I had an appointment with Dr M I was 15 minutes late due to the backup on Alicia as you exit the freeway I drove from Huntington Beach The receptionist did not acknowledge me until 18 minutes after and then told me I was half an hour late and that she was going to have to cancel I said you've been on the phone and not acknowledging me I've been within the 15 minutes and she said well I'll have to ask the doctor at that point she waited another 17 minutes at 2:34 before asking the doctor if he would still see me and of course he said no. I guess people don't care if...
