I had the WORST experience during my time at The Lanes, from the initial move-in process to several months after vacating the premises. Shortly after moving in, my apartment was broken into. While the first incident went unnoticed, I subsequently installed security cameras, which recorded two additional unauthorized entries. Despite clear evidence, management insisted the individual entering my unit was a construction worker performing touch-up painting—this occurred randomly, twice in one morning more than a month after I had moved in, and at a time when construction on our phase of the building was supposedly completed. In addition to this serious security breach, the overall quality of the building was alarmingly poor. The finishes throughout the unit were substandard, there were persistent flooding issues during the winter months, and the internet service—shared among 200+ residents—was highly unreliable, frequently disconnecting and making remote work nearly impossible. The overall conditions led to widespread dissatisfaction among residents, prompting numerous complaints and a formal request for a town hall meeting with the property owners and contractor. At this meeting, many promises were made, but very little tangible action followed. Management eventually offered some residents an option to terminate their leases early, but this offer was extended selectively and at their sole discretion. Due to a work relocation, I was required to move. I was informed that a replacement tenant had been found to assume my lease. Acting in good faith, I thoroughly cleaned the apartment, returned the keys ten days prior to the end of the month, and submitted photographic evidence of the unit’s condition. Despite this, I was later charged both a cleaning fee and rent for the following month. I was not notified that the prospective tenant had ultimately not signed the lease, no communication whatsoever for the entirety of the month which would have allowed me to find someone willing to take over the lease. It was only at the end of the month, when I reviewed my account, that I discovered these charges. Upon inquiry, management informed me that the situation remains as is and demanded payment of nearly $1,800 within two weeks, threatening to refer the matter to a collections agency if unpaid

The overall living experience at The Lanes is fantastic—well-maintained facilities, regularly cleaned hallways, and the super convenient valet trash and cardboard pickup service. These thoughtful touches make daily life so much easier! It's clear that this apartment community is run with care and dedication. Even when minor issues come up, the management team steps in to make things right. No apartment is perfect, but what truly matters is how the management team handles issues when they arise. Chloe has been incredibly helpful and professional, always addressing concerns with a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to assist. The team here really makes an effort to ensure residents have a great experience. If you're considering The Lanes, rest assured that you'll have a great living experience here! 🌟

My apartment flooded after just 4 weeks due to a frozen pipe - their issue, not mine. I was forced to vacate with no help from management, then they withheld my full security deposit without explanation. Minimal updates and zero accountability shown by property management. Abysmal experience.

My experience living at The Lanes has been quite positive with a few minor drawbacks. The parking garage is open-air, so the wind blows in a lot of dust, especially with the construction going on. I don’t use cable, but it’s worth noting that there aren’t any cable hookups, and the only option for internet is the building’s Wi-Fi. It’s been mostly reliable for me, with just a few brief outages. My one-bedroom apartment is small but works well for my minimalist lifestyle, although I do wish there was more storage. It would be nice to have storage lockers like my last apartment downtown offered.

Despite these small issues, The Lanes has a lot going for it. The building is stunning, and it feels like new amenities are popping up every day. My apartment is cozy but well-designed with modern, energy-efficient appliances. The staff and maintenance crew are always friendly and quick to help with any issues. I also appreciate the security system, which makes you feel safe without being a hassle to use. One of the best perks is the location—there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, which makes grabbing a meal really easy. The fitness center is great, and I’m excited to see what other amenities will be added in the future.

All in all, I’ve really enjoyed my time here so far. It’s exciting to be part of a new building, and I’m looking forward to seeing how the...

I recently moved into this luxurious apartment complex, and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a stunning lobby with modern decor and impeccable attention to detail. As well as the kindest leasing agent Chloe!

The apartment itself is nothing short of spectacular. The layout is spacious and well-designed, with high-end finishes and top-of-the-line appliances. The windows and Modern blinds are amazing! This apartment offers cute views of downtown Mission KS, and the balcony provided the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine or coffee!!!

The amenities at the complex are equally impressive. The state-of-the-art fitness center has everything I needed for a great workout, and I cannot wait for the terrace pool, hot tub, and hangout center to be complete. I have seen lots of progress since I moved in and the construction is taken very seriously and is moving along quick!

Overall, my experience at this luxury apartment complex is amazing. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a five-star living experience. I can't wait to enjoy the yoga room, cardio room, pool, terrace, grills, hot tub, and dog wash station for my pups!!!! This apartment is super dog friendly which I greatly appreciate as well! Such a nice dog park with dog poop bag stations all around the complex! Love love love...
