If I could give 0 I would. Some people just shouldn’t work in customer service. Took some awesome pieces that are older than 20 yrs bagged and still with tags. Even a genuine fur coat from a shop in Butte that no longer is around. Chulo went in with me and asked if we would get a receipt of what we are leaving. Older woman walks up stares at him for a bit and rudely says no we don’t do that. Then says you don’t have to leave the clothes if you don’t want to. I say they are mine, I’ll leave them. Didn’t get a good vibe not fond of rude people. The other chica was helpful getting my info. Then I go outside to get my phone for Venmo, door is locked come back inside tell Chulo door is locked and older lady says we don’t take jewelry anyway rudely which that’s not what I went out for and the energy was just off. Rudeness goes a long way. Grabbed my things and said I don’t deal with rude people🦋 not all money...
Read moreAfter stopping into the new store today I wanted to write a review to reflect my experience. First of all I love the huge windows at the front of the store and they make everything so bright and inviting. They seem to genuinely love their job and it shows in the way they help customers. They are always there to offer a helpful and honest opinion or look for a size or get you to a fitting room but are never pushy and understand when a person just wants to look at clothes in solitude. Betty's knows it's customers and that's what makes it such an...
Read moreI have loved Betty's since it opened. Yesterday, I went in with the hope of finding a vintage wool coat. Aimee found me a pile to try on. . . And one that was The One. Plus, she had a coat made in the historic (now deconstructed) Missoula Merc, which was pretty special. And I learned the reason so many vintage coats had 3/4 length sleeves was because of long gloves. These folks really know their vintage stuff, and are passionate about it. Love that this store is keeping these clothes loved and alive here in Missoula. Also love that there are some great local makers featured in the store! Whether it is new or used, Betty's Divine pieces are curated with a artistic eye and a bit of...
