Flippers Tavern ~ Grill ~ Casino — Restaurant in Missoula

This place has a spacious interior and plenty of seating. It has a water cooler to keep yourself hydrated (every other beer!) I find the prices to be reasonable. The staff is really great; friendly. I never knew about this place until some friends dragged me in here. The “casino” branding on the outside had long kept me away. However, it is warm and inviting inside and has a very nice atmosphere. There is ample parking. The location is wonderful, and just off the bike path, if biking to the bar is your thing. There are TV screens with sports broadcasts, but in my opinion this place doesn’t need them. It would be just a fine local joint without any TVs at all. The beer selection is always good, but the burgers are always better. Step into Flippers to enjoy both, and maybe whatever they have on the various TVs around the place. Right now it's General Hospital in the back and the Olympics in the front. Mullet over. You'll like one or the other. No matter your sitting or watching preference, both seating areas are tavern-cozy and clean, service is swift, and that burger you're about to order is delicious. Did I mention the burgers are good? Because everyone else will, all the time. Try it. Go up to a local and ask them about Flippers. Or better yet, just skip the middle man and burger burger burger burger burger burger burger.......

I have always loved Flippers burgers. Last night was the first time I had one since before covid however. And the burger was better than I even remembered. The burgers have always been great but usually were a bit smashed down. I never really cared though. Great burger still. But yesterday the burger I received was beautiful. Stacked perfectly, just the right amount of siracha on it, and I honestly was blown away. Had to give big credit to the staff for great service, and a really good burger. Can't wait to...
