Love this shop! Have purchased a few things here and there from the boutique when visiting my family and never had any issues with the quality of what they sell. I was recently in town and purchased a backpack style bag after it catching my eye from the window display. The next day on my flight home I noticed that the bag had already started peeling and in quite a large spot. My mom went in and showed them pictured and without hesitation asked if I wanted to send them back the defective bag and they would send a new one or just refund the purchase. I opted to send the bag back and the day after they received the original the new one was in the mail (and covered the shipping of the bag sent back). Their customer service...
