My wife, three year old grandchild, and I had a very poor experience with Chris, a sales lady while shopping. We had picked out several items while keeping our grandchild in control. After awhile, we needed to have a sit down talk with her to maintain control. The only chair was just behind curtains in a nonpublic area. I reached for the chair and pulled it about two feet into the public area. Chris informed me that I could not use the chair in the public area, so we had to retreat to our car in order to protect the store items in a very small store with no place to hardly turn around. Had Chris simply allowed me to sit down to talk with our grandchild, we could have completed our shopping and purchased the items we had picked out. Chris's action is an example of "Rules over reason." I wish this store would provide more hospitality to...

Awesome little store!!! Great deals and a special gift give away after purchase. Wonderful for special items. My Mother is in Hospice and I wanted a unique gift for her to hang onto after suffering a stroke...I picked out a plush stuffed super soft moose..she now won't let loose of this wonderful item...such a wonderful gift and memory to have of her. Others at Rest Home are so envious of her baby moose...heads up if anyone is looking for a special item. This store has beautiful blankets, babies, scarves, socks ect..please keep them in mind for any occasion and loved ones...

The most Montana-based shop in ALL of Missoula! I finally stopped in (thankfully) and was immediately blown away by all of the absolutely gorgeous locally made gifts! Handmade candles, jewelry, coffee mugs, home decor. I loved it! Not to mention how attentive the staff were! I was greeted very kindly by three different workers! Way to make an impression.
