We recently went to Missoula for a trip. Visited the store and really loved it, bought a lot of great things!! One of the items I bought wasnt put in my bag by total accident (a cool Montana puzzle). I didnt notice until I got home several days later. I wasn't sure if there was anything to be done but I decided to call just in case. I explained the situation and they immediately knew who I was and was hoping I'd call. They realized the mistake but had no way to contact me. They immediately got it in the mail and I received it today!! They did it at their expense and couldn't be kinder. Super appreciate them and their awesome store and customer service!!...

I always find gifts I love for friends here...and myself. LoL I'm easy to shop for. 😃 I have some friends who are into all organic materials and stuff and this place actually has toys and clothes that fit those parameters. Cute stuffed animals that I haven't seen in other places. The snail and bumble bee were soooo soft I wanted them for myself. Focus girl, went through my head a few times that day. Got a little side tracked on my baby gift quest because there is soooo much to see in this store. Check them out you'll love it I promise. The customer service from Soul City is amazing!! My husband and I were on a trip there from Colorado and I left my bag with my wonderful purchases at the information center across the street. When I got home and discovered it was gone I called Soul City to "re-purchase" the t-shirt I had gotten for my son.
