WARNING! Do not do business with this company. I ordered furniture for two houses and paid cash in June 2022. Many of the pieces were delivered but I am still waiting for a couch, love seat, and kitchen table. A coffee table and cabinet was delivered damaged. No refund was issued even though they picked up the cabinet and took it back. Two kitchen chairs were delivered with no front legs and I'm still waiting on them. I was given excuse after excuse and repeated delivery dates where they never showed. Finally in March 2023 the owner, Douglas Smith, admitted that he did not have my furniture and had been lying the entire time. I was so angry and threatened to sue. I really didn't want to sue I just want my furniture so in August of 2023 I reached out and he promised that he would get on it and get me my furniture. A week later, I reached out to get an update and got very aggressive in his text messages as if I was the problem . Even though he said he would deliver my furniture, he has not as of October 2023. Douglas Smith has treated me like trash, cursed me out, lied repeatedly and now has the nerve not to return my text or phone calls. He owes me over $10,000 in undelivered furniture which include outrageous delivery fees! I have told him on several occasions to refund my money and he will not. I ordered items worth $7k from their store. He didn't deliver anything and on repeatedly calling he has blocked me. Watch out people especially who are applying loan from them. This is a scam and stay away from this store. I've reported to the police and they are going to visit the store to get this sorted out.
