I can’t believe I haven’t been here sooner! I was specifically seeking out bone marrow and they had it! It’s their Hangover Cure (trung tuy) which is bone marrow and over easy egg in pho broth. Hopefully this might help someone looking for it as a keyword. It’s a few dollars more expensive than comparable restaurants but it’s Missouri City and I also think it’s worth it anyway, and I was right. The broth and bone marrow were rich and flavorful.

I also got their Pho Grilled Chicken which was really interesting. I’m used to Pho Ga which is typically shredded poached dark meat but this place puts like grilled cutlet strips in their pho. Not really my thing but still tasted good.

They didn’t have their full strength Vietnamese iced coffee but their Vietnamese milk coffee was plenty strong and lovely.

My host/server Dewayne was really sweet and helpful, as was the cashier/busser. Made sure to ask about any allergens and gave recommendations. They took great care of a full ~7pm Sunday night dining room.

Overall a really good experience, will come back...

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant today. There were only a few customers inside, yet we waited 15 minutes before a waitress even came by—and only to ask if we had already ordered, even though no one had given us a menu yet.

After we finally placed our order (2 broken rice dishes), we waited another 20 minutes, and only one dish came out—without sauce or spoon. I had to ask again just to get the basic things.

While I waited for my food, four other tables who came in later already finished eating. My husband had finished his meal too. I finally asked about my missing plate, and the waitress told me to wait 7 more minutes. I reminded her we ordered at the same time, and she responded by asking if I wanted the dish to-go instead. 😤 and suddenly the decorated tree fell down in the customer head.🥹

In total, I waited 45 minutes for a simple rice dish while watching everyone else enjoy their meals. And it did not pork skin on this dish, have Truly frustrating and disappointed. I hope owner should train staff and do better...

Last week, I had the TRIPLE [S] Jumbo Luxury Bowl Combination, a generous, mouthwatering medley of premium meats served in a deeply flavorful, aromatic broth that could easily rival any pho in Houston. To top it off, I added a Big Jumbo Rib Bone, which was incredibly tender, smoky, and rich, an indulgent upgrade that’s well worth it.

What truly elevated the experience, though, was the service. Our waitress was warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food. She proudly shared that her husband had just started the business, and I had the chance to speak with him directly. Hearing how the menu is rooted in authentic family recipes added even more meaning to every bite.
