I have been bringing my 5 1/2 year old son here for a few years. He has lots of fun and it burns off his energy very nicely. Improvements I've noticed is that it's more brightly lit (but not obnoxious) and the music volume is not as loud. I like that you can rent a locker for a $1.00 and it will fit most of your stuff (including some small water bottles and snacks - ssshh!). You can also wear any kind of grippy socks - theirs or whatever you have.
Otherwise, for the general price and time limitation, the quality of the place has definitely gone downhill. It's way more dirty in here than it was a few years ago. The bathrooms are actually very clean and I like that they have a child size potty in one of the stalls. However in the main area there is dried gum and trash on various parts of the large trampoline area in the middle, and a lot of the parents and workers wear their shoes on and around the trampolines and play areas. There are never any employees at any of the three rides, nor the prize area of the arcade. The good news is you can save your ride tickets for another time and the tickets on your arcade card don't expire. Speaking of the arcade, about 1/2 the arcade games are broken which I just love explaining to my son! The other thing that has been broken for some time is the little music sound wall in the ball pit area. All three sections used to work and my son loved putting the balls in the tubes or throwing them into the drums, so that's unfortunate.
The other drawbacks are there is no elevator to the upstairs party rooms and the employees are at best indifferent and unfriendly, and at worst rude. They look very bored, tense, frustrated and like they want to be anywhere but at work. Definitely don't book a birthday party here - it's VERY overpriced, all except one of the party rooms are upstairs (again with no elevator), the benches are ugly and hard as a rock to sit on, and the service is subpar. Plus you can only consume their food, no outside food, including cakes or cupcakes. The last 5 or 6 times I've been there almost all the party rooms are dark and empty, and will most likely stay that way given the latter. Lastly, there is no security wall or gate by the front doors like you see at places like Kids Empire, so dress your kid(s) in a bright colored shirt and keep a very close eye on on them as there is no one there to stop them from walking out the door - on their own or with some...
Read moreMy wife and I visited this location to get more information on booking a party for our sons birthday. We decided to book it the following day over the phone since it was kid friendly and after speaking with the party host they accommodated us with the bottom floor level section with the 3 tables since there was no more private rooms available for our booking date. Everything seemed to be going well, I even received a follow up call 2 days before the party confirming the booking date, time and table cover colors, etc. I even called back a day later to ask how early we can arrive to set up and they told me 15 minutes prior to the party time at 4:30pm. So upon arrival the day of my sons birthday party I noticed there was already another party going on at the section that we’re suppose to be seated at. When we went to check in for the party they couldn’t find our reservation and when they finally found it, they informed me it was for a later time. I specifically booked it for 4:30pm on a Saturday so it wouldn’t to be too late at night and they said I booked it for 7pm. The party host and manager we’re going back and forth and at this point they told us we can either come back at 7pm which was unacceptable since I already had guests coming at 4:30pm or they can see if they can put 2 tables together to accommodate us now. The tables they were offering us were in the common area where people kept passing by back and forth from, we even had to settle and accept the other table which was across from us but really far away. We had no choice but to accept what they gave us. After speaking to the Manager and General Manager they ended up discounting some of our tab but it doesn’t make up the inconvenience my family and guest were put through. Seems like there’s a bunch of teenagers working there, and they’re really care free with no sense of urgency to get things done. The kids had fun but overall it was just a bad experience for my wife and I. Overall it is a good place to take your kids, but when it comes to parties our experience wasn’t too pleasant so we...

By far one of the worst establishments to host a birthday party at. There is no hospitality whatsoever, you’d think they would treat you with some respect but the girls working here are the worst of the worst. I’d rather throw a party at Chuck E. Cheese than to ever throw another party at the bounce bounce in Mo City. You’d think for the price you pay here $800+ the employees would handle everything but I was wrong, my spouse and myself had to pass out pizza and pass out cake ourselves while the host was no where to be found. Completely unorganized environment in my opinion. The management needs to reconsider the type of employees they hire. I think the worst part of the whole party was towards the end, we got rushed out and our host literally ripped off the table clothes from the tables while my guests were still seated eating cake. It would’ve been understandable if there was a party after us but the young lady cleaned and shut down the lights with no one coming in after us. By 6:07 the room was empty and lights shut off. I had to apologize to my family and friends for the disrespect we encountered at this establishment. Also management doesn’t care we brought it up to one of the managers on duty and nothing was done nor acknowledged.
Please save yourself the money and the stress. I don’t usually write reviews but if I can help a family save their hard earned money then I’ll do this 100 more times....
