This place is disgusting from the food to the service. The store manager and well as shift managers are unprofessional. I went in to order food about 9pm at night got home and my food was ice cold and soggy I could literally ball my dorito tacos in my hand. So I called the store and the manager on duty isreal gv no concern did not apologize did not communicate next steps. I had to ask him what was the next steps he said just come I asked why was I coming he said to get more tacos I stated do you really think I wanna eat something else from there return my money for my order. I then asked if this was a corporate store or franchise he stated he didn’t know I asked for a number to call he stated get it off the website. I asked him if he thought the owner would appreciate me posting the photos online and potentially causing him to lose business he didn’t care. I go in today to speak with the store manager and she was worse than the other manager I said sadly neither of you guys have apologized it is just that damn simple sometimes. Then she refused to refund me for my entire order because they can’t refund over $10 but refunded me $11. I asked her as well for a number to reach the owners and she told me to look online. I have never seen such blatant disregard for customer service. This place needs to clean house on staff because if they dont run people off with the poor customer service they definitely will cause someone to be sick frol eating...
Read moreService was horrible, I went through drive thru 3xs on the sake of the manager himself messing up my order. I went back through and proceeded to give the bag back with the messed up order up. He said no, told me to keep it, my order was messed up again, so I went through a 3rd time, and they took the bag this time around, which I did not care because I didn't want the messed up order. When he came back to the window he gave me the bag with only one chalupa in it, I asked where the other one was he tells me that they ran out of bread, so I asked for the other one back, even with the wrong me I was accepting to that at the least but he was like no plus I already threw it away, my deal was did you think to check your inventory before even taking the other bag, he was rude and closed the window on me several times and refused to accommodate me with any but a crunchy taco, vs a chapula ??? You got to be kidding me. He was rude, disrespectful and uncaring !!! Who hired this guy to be manager!!!???? I'm leaving my own job to get something to eat, wasting my time for this...
Read moreVery hit or miss. I'm feeding a family of 6, including 4 vegetarians, so we place large orders with lots of customizations. We have had many times where everything is provided as ordered, and they even take the time to write out on the wrappers which of the items are special orders. However, we have had just as many visits where items are missing, incorrect, and/or of poor quality.
Tonight's visit took the cake. Placed my order online to ensure it would make it into their system correctly. When I got home, 6 of my 18 items were missing, a seventh was lacking half of the ingredients, and an eighth was burned to the point of no longer being enjoyable. When I drove back, the employees just laughed off the mistakes while I was clearly in earshot.
I generally enjoy Taco Bell, but the utter lack of consistency and service at this location makes me want to avoid...
