I really want to give NO STARS for this Panda Express but this website didn’t allow me, so I had to put ONE star. Here’s why: On January 4, 2018 at 12:44 pm I went to Panda Express #2715. I ordered a plate for to-go consist of noodles, chicken mushroom, orange chicken, and 4 spring veg rolls. In my 1st visit 3 months ago, I ordered the exact same menu, they charged me around $10, 2nd visit still with the exact same menu, they charged me around $11, the 3rd visit, still the exact same menu, they charged me around $12. WOW. The total charged had been increasing gradually in every visit. I bet if I come back for the 4th visit with the exact same menu, they’ll charge me $13, then $14, then $15.....you do the math. I was wondering if the employee didn’t know what she’s doing or maybe this is how she was trained or maybe this is how it works at Panda Express? Isn’t amazing? I also did survey and got a free entree. I chose orange chicken. One staff put the orange chicken in a tiny little box, when she’s about to close the box, the 2nd staff saw it and said to her to take some of the orange chicken out of the box, the 1st staff did it and to see that they took out some of the orange chicken that was already inside the box, I lost my appetite immediately. Then I got charged around $12. Oh by the way, at that time, there was a white American man ordering the same exact menu with me, he left his receipt and I saw that he got charged around $10! I got charged $12, he got charged $10? Why was it different? Was it because I’m not a white American man? Was it because I’m an Asian? Also the African American staff was unfriendly towards me but she’s full of smiles towards that white American man? What’s going on in here? My advice to you guys, whenever you come to this place, make sure you ask for the price, check the receipt, because there’s a possibility in your next visit m they’ll charge you more with the exact same menu. I’m super disappointed, sad, unhappy, and dissatisfied with this Panda Express location. I don’t know with their...
Read moreUpdate: panda has launched new sauses. Do try. Also the teriyaki chicken has been changed. I didn't try during this visit but will update soon. This is the newer Panda Express which has opened a couple of years back. I personally like this one better than the one in Sugarland. Just for everyone who has not gone to Panda Express: It's one the same concept of Chipotle but this is Chinese quick eat. Customer service: The moment you enter you are welcomed by smiling and energetic faces. Food: The portions are always huge. The food is usually fresh. It's kind of open Kitchen (you can see the food being cooked right behind the counter). My favs are Kung Pao and Orange Chicken. Price: I feel this place is value for money. For around $8 you get to choose two entrees and sides. Ambience : You can sit in and eat here or make it to go. The tables are always kept clean and the floors are not sticky as I have found in many Chinese places. There would be someone or the other always keeping the place clean. Overall 5 out of 5. If you have any issue, let the manager know and they will take care of it.
Protip: if u are going for Dinner try to go between 6:30 and 7:15 as that's the time you will find the freshest food. They cook in small batches so max people come during that time and because of the quick turnaround the chef keeps on making stuff. Also they give you a free entree when you provide them with a feedback so do...
Read moreYana, the supposed "manager," was extremely rude. When no one else was in line, she told me to "hold on" to place my order. I told her I simply wanted an orange noodle bowl and pulled up to the window. Yana threw open the window and said, "what!" I then told her that I ordered an orange noodle bowl and she told me, "oh, I wasn't listening, now what do you want!" Yana then rolled her eyes and asked me again "what do you want!" I replied, "an orange noodle bowl and she huffed off, haphazardly slamming my food (which was visibly shorted) into a serving container. When she returned, I requested a military discount and she rolled her eyes and told me to show her "my card" first!
I then rolled out of the drive thru leaving her messy and shorted order at the window in front of her. Yan was disrespectful, unprofessional and has no business being in the customer service industry or supervising anyone!
She single handedly lost hundreds of dollars worth of business from my family, friends, veterans and coworkers. We won't be returning until...
