This is a second edit to my original review. I last updated about a year ago and I am again removing a star. This location consistently gets my orders wrong. I quit ordering the iced vanilla latte from that location because it was always wrong. I tried the vanilla sweet cream cold brew, and it was good a few times, but then it was consistently made wrong. The last time I took it back the person who re-made my drink said it smelled like a mocha drink. It also had cold foam on top and no sweet cream. The iced toasted vanilla oatmilk shaken espresso from that location often has a very strong cinnamon flavor. I have had to return that a few times. Today I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino. Half of my drink tasted okay, maybe a little weak, but drinkable. The other half of my drink tasted like plain ice. I'm done with this location. I could put up with the parking lot issues if the drinks were good, but they are not at this location.
Edit #1 - I am leaving my original review below, but updating and removing a star because this location is consistently getting my order wrong lately. When I order a grande iced blonde vanilla late (Gr Icd Bld Van Lat) they keep making me a venti iced latte. Do they not realize that they have extra letters that they don't know what to do with? Is it not standard for the size to be the first abbreviation on the order? I think they need some additional training at this location.
Original review - Honestly the Starbucks is fine, but the parking lot is horrible. There is barely room to get around the drive thru line. The line blocks the ability to get to other businesses and there are times when there is no...
Read moreI refuse to go here. The line is too long EVERY SINGLE TIME. I don't even consider this Starbucks as an option anymore. There isn't a day where I drive by and it's not literally impossible to get coffee in under 20 min....plus the line blocks traffic on Trammel Fresno! It's like this every day and I can't believe the idiots who actually make up this line every morning. Waiting 20 min to pay $15 for 3 coffees. There's something seriously wrong when a service takes so long and still costs so much. I'm sorry, but coffee that costs $5-7 per cup better be flying out the window over there. I guess it's just really really annoying knowing that whoever runs this Starbucks makes a killing while the customers pay through the nose and wait in gridlock traffic just to get the coffee. No thanks. That's not how commerce works in this country. There's a serious problem when 80% of your customers are outside of the building and 100% of the employees are inside. You don't have one employee outside monitoring the line. There are other fast food restaurants that are super busy like this that take the necessary steps to get the line moving faster. I've seen places have four or five teenagers outside taking orders and assisting customers before they ever get to the drive thru microphone. This is what's needed and hasn't been done for months. That's why I feel like this store is just raking in cash at the expense of a bunch of folks who are rabid for pumpkin spice latte. Grow up people and make them earn our business by practicing good...
Read moreIve never given a 1 star review before for any review, so that should tell you ive tried this location many times before leaving this. I've gone to this location since they opened and it used to be great but the last 4-5 times I've gone they either get the order wrong or I end up waiting 20 minutes for an order I placed 10 minutes before I got there. Today I had the luck of watching the person "calling the shots" ,were her words, make mistake after mistake with people bringing drinks back, mobile orders taking longer than people who just walk in and order and get their drinks almost immediately. I was patient and waited 15 minutes watching all this unfold and her apologize time and time again to customers. She was nice, but nice doesn't get drinks made right or in the proper order. Finally I went up there and asked her nicely and wouldn't you know it it was the two mobile order stickers that were first on the machine and she kept skipping them. Then she handed me one drink and I stared at her and she was like "uh is there something else?" And I say, "yeah, I ordered 2 drinks" so she goes back and sees the sticker right next to where she just pulled the other one. In total from time of order to receiving the drinks took 28 minutes. Whats the point of mobile ordering if a 15 car deep drive through is faster than ordering ahead. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO...
