My husband got me a Groupon back in June to get a haircut from this place. I read the reviews and thought it was great! I was excited and could not wait. On the Groupon it has a number to call and set up an appointment. It's said on there any day or time. I called but no answer I thought ok there probably busy. I called again later that day and no answer again. I was confused but ok I didn't think twice. I got a text from the number I called asked me what day I needed. I explained over text I had got a Groupon and if there had anything for that day or after 4:30p she said no next Wednesday. I said ok well anything for Friday she said yes after 4 she'd have something next week. So of course I was upset that I had to wait a week. I told her that was fine I was going to hold off and wait. Since I still had time to use the Groupon. We left it as is. I texted her again like a week or so after that no reply. So I just forgot about it. We're in September and I remembered about the Groupon I started to text her and asked her if she had anything available and didnt reply. Of course I was pretty pissed at this point but never rude. I called the following week and finally she answered. I asked in a polite way if she had anything for that day she said no. I said ok well what about Friday she said next week Friday I said fine at 5 ok? She said Yes! In my mind I was like Yes! Finally I have an appointment! Even though I have to wait it's ok. So this Friday came I got off work early picked up my kids and I texted her at 4:13pm I was confirming my appointment and that I was on my way now be there in a bit it. She said that the appointment was at 4p and that she had to reschedule. I was furious!!!! I said no I never set it up at 4 because I have to pick up my kids at that time I know I set it up at 5p. She told me she had kids too. I was confused and disappointed. She was not professional at all! I'm the customer! Why would she do that!? Worse experience in my life! I got highlights , she helped me choose the color, then she washed and conditioned my hair, she gave me a fabulous layer cut, which looked stunning. Tuscany used to be my absolute go to spot, recently it seems management has slacked. This place is absolutely DISGUSTING! I witnessed a man removing a dead rat from one of the studios. The bathrooms are always dirty, the amount of people constantly leaving/moving has made the atmosphere of the place unsettling.
