Alkaline Market — Local services in Missouri City

Let me say this :The water is great and the place is clean. My low review is because of abysmal customer service I received most of the time I went in there

Its bad enough that the store hours are almost as bad as a bank, so if you work during the day and want water like most people, you may want to go somewhere else.

My last straw with the place was when I walked in yesterday and as I walked in the woman sitting in the back of the store yelled that they were out of refills for the day. She didn’t provide me with anything else, just shouted that they were out of refills (I could’ve come into by something else but they obviously didn’t care about that), I guess it falls to me to call, look online, or physically stop by again in order for me to know when they would receive more water.

At least the person that was there yesterday spoke to me as I entered.

Most of the time I go there its one person sitting quietly on their phone and when you ask them something its like pulling teeth. There was an older woman there, when I went a few times before, she was amazing! She informed me about some of the products and about business and she was the ONLY reason I continued to try to make the trip, through Houston traffic, to a store that closes at 6 and mainly sells water but that was...

I have been a customer for apparently over 3 years. Lol. The alkaline water tranformed my non-water drinking mother and sister to avid water drinkers. It tastes absolutely delicious and makes you look forward to choosing it over a sugary beverage. I also recommend their freshly made seamoss. My favorite is the soursop. I feel healthier and more energetic when I take my daily dose. I appreciate the delivery and the chit chat that feels more like old friends playing catchup. Kimica was a delight to speak with. Very knowledgeable on the herbs and sea moss. I gave a brief description on my health concerns and she pointed me in the right direction for starters. I started my health journey yesterday and today I feel better.
