My son and husband went here to see if they had any 29" used forks or know where they could get one for my son's bike. The shop is a cool little shop with a bunch of nice bikes, wheels, some bike accessories, skate boards, skate board parts, frisbee golf disc's and memorable like hot wheels in original packaging and tractors. The lady was very friendly and welcoming but unable to help so she called the boss, he was out unlocking an RV. She told him what they needed in which he did not believe it was 29" so my son had to google a pic of his bike so she could tell the boss it was 29". She got off the phone and told them he'd be here shortly, when the boss got there he seemed overwhelmed as the gal was telling him everything he needed to get done but we feel if he trained the gal to work all the key machines that it'd help the boss out. The very first thing he did when he got there was grab a 29" rim and size it up with my son's forks, there was no Hi or anything which they felt was very unprofessional. After measuring my son's forks he realized that my son was right; he finally said, "yeah that's 29 inches". I feel like it was kind of arrogant of him because he's the expert and they are just his customer's making them feel like they are uneducated about my son's bike. He then got on his computer and said, "good luck finding forks like that because they're at least 15-20 years old & will cost you about $200!" What he didn't know was my son had already found replacement forks online for $67 with free shipping but wanted to see if he could find some at a local shop to support the local business\community. We are really displeased with the whole encounter, we feel like it was a waste of our time and he was very unprofessional. I don't know if we'd go back which is unfortunate because it's a neat shop and the gal was very pleasant which is why we are giving it 3 stars...

Read moreCody is an awesome young man! He replicated an old skeleton key, and said to bring in the locks sometime. Half mortise out of antique dresser, which I thought were broken! Cody figured out the key was to small… modified the key… cleaned the lock and… wella, they worked! Can’t thank him enough!
