First, I had to find a place to park, which was a challenge with limited parking. I made a few trips carrying larger boxes into the store and waited in line for my turn. I had a code sent to me by Amazon, which I presented to the lady. The worker rudely told me the code wouldn’t work for the boxes. I was told I would have to contact Amazon to get individual codes for each box. I asked if I might be able to leave the boxes so I could remedy the problem with Amazon, and I would return ASAP. She refused. I went to UPS in Sioux Falls and experienced kind, accommodating service for the same shipment and code. They were busy, but took the time to assist and get the job done...
