The store is very clean the people that I have dealt with inside are extremely nice and professional however their customer service department is a complete pile of crap. I have a credit card through their Genesis Bank. I was made to put a deposit down when I bought something I was also told that every time I buy something I have to put a deposit down. When I call Genesis they told me that even if I have an available credit limit they run and check your credit every time you purchase something and if they feel like not approving it for whatever reason they will not approve it even though you have available credit on your card they've already given you. I was not happy with that so I called Jared customer service and what I was basically told was we do not control the credit cards are banks policy is our bank's policy if you have a problem with it call them.. I'm 55 years old I think credit cards from different jewelry companies different clothing stores and all other places. When you give me a credit card I expected to be a credit card you don't walk into JCPenney's buy $500 worth of clothes and have to give them $60 in advance you swipe your card you sign your paper and you leave.. what Jared is doing is not giving customers credit cards there financing the jewelry like you with your car or your house but they don't tell you that upfront.. so even though the people and the three different Jared stores that I've been to have been very professional and very nice because of your business practices you guys suck. I will pay the balance off of my card cut it up and never do business...

Thomas was extremely helpful by informing me of many details that I hadn't considered, and patiently showing me every option to consider. This was invaluable to me, as I'm only making this purchase once, so I wanted it to be as perfect as the woman I'm giving it to is for me. By now, what i thought to be a short easy order had already taken us nearly an hour after closing. Thomas is the example of a truly gracious expert and a pleasure to work with, and left with all the information I needed to consider, in order to make the perfect decision. When I returned, Elizabeth showed the same level of helpful, patient professionalism in working out the last of the details. I truly enjoyed completing my purchase experience with her, as she showed just as much excitement over helping me complete every last detail of purchasing the perfect set as I was feeling. It's so rare to find two professionals with the same level of skill at the same business. I highly recommend Jared as my preference of jeweler on variety of options, complete service, and outstanding cost value. I personally recommend Thomas and Elizabeth as the two most outstanding at being both the most personal and professional at providing the best overall service that I've ever...

I was looking to get my engagement ring and wedding band soldered, and several other jewelry retailers told me they couldn't work on my ring because the diamonds are lab grown. The ones who could work on it told me it would take at least three weeks and cost $300.
My ring did not come from Jared, but it came from James Allen, and this Jared location partners with James Allen. The Jared locations near me also told me they wouldn't work on my ring, so I drove over an hour to this Jared store. Brooke assisted me mostly, but all of the employees went above and beyond. They sat down and explained what was covered in my warranty and how much they would have to charge for the soldering ($60).
They said it would be ready in just two days, and I was thrilled. However, when they learned how far I had driven, they told me to give them two hours and they could get it done. Everyone was so wonderful, and I will use this Jared location for all of my future...
