I contacted them in regards to a MacBook screen replacement for a one year old MacBook. They took my information and looked into options to help source one for a reasonable amount. I just wanted to say thank you, because this type of service is not common anymore and really goes a long way. Although I found out I had AppleCare and the place I purchased the MacBook is getting it replaced for just the deductible, I wanted to acknowledge the service I received here. Especially being that I called on a weekend and he did as he said he would and called me back today....

I have been here multiple times and they consistently go above and beyond. They are always able to find out exactly what’s wrong with my phone and fix it quickly. Most recently when my phone had water damage, they were able to identify what parts specifically were damaged and replace those parts only. It would have been easier and more expensive for them to simply say I needed a whole new screen, and I would have been none the wiser.
