Firehouse Subs McGowan Park — Restaurant in Mobile

Beware drivers if your coming to this location you might be waiting for no reason. I waited at this location 11 minutes for nothing. I told the girl who I was there to pick up for she told me just a minute the order isn't ready yet. I waiting the 11 minutes then I ask her how much longer will it be ready and she goes looking for the order now and then tells me she doesn't have the order and ask me to show her. I said oh you didnt hear me say the person name when you asked me she said heard the first name. Im just not going to say the customer name. Why would she make me wait for no reason at all grubhub doesn't pay drivers to wait grubhub doesn't pay drivers to pick up missing orders either. Glad to know how they do drivers that come pick up for other people. BEWARE DRIVERS.. Today's experience at Firehouse went from upsetting to amazing very quickly. The owner of our company treated everyone to lunch, so of course everyone wanted Firehouse. I put in the order online, because it was quite a large order for 6 employees. I get to Firehouse and turns out someone came in just before me, said my name and had taken the entire order. I double checked with everyone I worked with to make sure it wasn't picked up already. A lady that works there, named Kimberly, was absolutely amazing. She had already started remaking the whole order while I was calling my co-workers. She gave me fresh and hot cookies, so I was definitely leaving a happy camper. Honestly though, Kimberly was the best and so thankful she was the employee to help me. I felt horrible about the situation, but they helped me and fixed it in no time. Thank you so so...

The manager Kimberly at the McGowin Park Store is a very rude and inconsiderate person that does not know her position. She stated to me that she was the “boss”(she’s not; I however spoke with the actual Boss) and that no one had authority over her. Her behavior and rudeness will have this company with a legal situation if she is not stopped. I watched her give customers the wrong orders as she continued to be very rude. And has so respect for her company, company policy, and the people that she manages. Overall, the food at the Firehouse Subs restaurants are Totally Awesome.
