So I walk into the location, the team working didn’t not give a warm welcome. When I walked up to the counter, the black woman with dreads was walking away. She stated to the white man with curly dark hair to make my food and that he could use a tortilla wrapping that was already on the counter when I walked up. After putting on gloves the man asked what would I like today. I asked him if I could get a fresh tortilla wrapping and he turns to the machine and sucks his teeth like damn am I asking for to much. So he makes my food, the cashier asked if there was anything else I need and I stated just a water cup. The cashier was the only one outta the three people there that had woke customer service. Once I have my food I process back to my job. When I go to bite my burrito it was cold, NOT HOT AT ALL. I processed back to the restaurant to ask for a refund and was given the most nasty attitude from an MANAGER… JASMINE . in the most disrespectful way I was told that I couldn’t get a CASH refund because it’s against policy. Maybe you should treat your managers about customer service. If I was a white person I would had been treated better. Terrible Food Terrible team...
Read moreWent for the first time ever, not quite knowing what to expect. The location was just built withing the past year. There was a line when we entered. There were 4 people working the front line. The lady on the very end was doing the lions share of the work, the 2 in the middle had no idea what to do, but the lady who was working hardest was having to tell the 2 in the middle what do step by step or they did nothing. The 4th worker just ran the register. General family concensus was the food wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. Best described as "eh". Flavors weren't cohesive and textures could have been better, but food was very fresh. None of the tables were clean, which I thought was odd. The whole time we were eating, no one wiped down a single table around us. The two staff members who were working hard were ironically also the friendliest of the staff. Bottom line, for this food, and experience, I'd likely not return unless menu prices were about half what they charge. Would recommend Los Agaves, LA Rancherita, Los Chorros, or even Taco John's...
Read moreThis has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pancheros. There was no sense of urgency and everyone did not seem happy to be there. The girl who made my burrito was the worst of them all. She was slow and sloppy. I told her about my dairy allergy and she did not care. The counter was a mess, a piece of cheese went into my burrito from the hot salsa and the spoon she mixed it with had sour cream on it. I asked “there’s no dairy in there right?” Knowing there was but trying to be polite. She said no so I told her that I saw some go in there and she said no and continued to make it. I’m not confrontational so I took it and just gave it to my husband. She filled up our salsa half way and the cashier had to tell her to fill it up all the way because we were paying for it. She was talking about when she was going to take her break and chit chatting with her mom while my husband and I were waiting. I know there is risk with having a food allergy but I have never been treated like that. I’m pretty sure that’s a health...
