Very dirty location. I visited today around 3:30ish. Only two people in the dining area. My stepdaughter and I sat in the dining area to eat. This is when we noticed how filthy it was. Most tables were dirty and the floor was so slippery that you had to walk slowly to prevent falling. Now, considering the fact that the entire dining room floor was slick from grease, I can only assume that they are mopping the dining room floor with the same mop they use to clean up grease and spills in the kitchen and food prep area, and they’re not even using degreaser. And there was a huge puddle of water on the floor from condensation dripping from the AC vent with no wet floor sign. I had to actually tell the employees they may want to put one down due to the puddle of water. So, one gentleman did grab a sign……..And that’s all he did. No clean up, no concern whatsoever. And as we sat watching the abundance of flies in this facility we noticed one individual walking around with a damp rag cleaning every table. No soap, no disinfectant, just the same damp rag for every single table. She was even told to carry the bucket of water around with her so she could at least rinse the rag out yet her response was, “it’s too much work.” I cringed as I watched this employee wipe food and crumbs onto the floor and the seat of the chairs and just leave it. She didn’t clean the tables well, didn’t wipe the back of the chairs where customers touch them, didn’t wipe off the seats and the children’s high chairs are absolutely disgusting! You can literally see the filth on them, and no, she didn’t clean the one at the table across from us, she just moved it back to where they store them. I’m afraid to think these are the same employees who break down and clean the kitchen and tend to the dispensers. Definitely need a new staff because it was not busy and the store was just flat out gross!! Lots of “not my job” mentality, there. Burger King was one of my first jobs back in 1998. I was a closer. If our store looked anything like this one did at any given time, we didn’t have a job!! And we were cross trained on everything so that when we weren’t busy in our area, we could help elsewhere and stayed busy. There is always something to do. And if you’re on the clock, then standing around complaining about school and shadow boxing your fellow employees isn’t what you get paid to do. It’s not a complicated thing, not hard to figure out. Read moreWhile this place has done much better in the last year or so, I do have one complaint. EVERY SINGLE TIME I order no onions, I get onions! I'm starting to feel like they are doing it on purpose at this point. I just don't understand how this happens every time I come here. My kids are very picky and won't eat their burgers if there were onions on it, even if I take them off they say they can still "taste them" We don't eat out often and I hate buying my kids fast food but if I do, it's Burger King. I'm usually in a hurry when I come here so if they mess up my order, I don't have time to go in, complain, and wait for new food. Plus I kind of feel like they might do something to it for complaining. I'm not trying to be difficult, I'm simply asking for what order and pay for. It's crazy to get a burger that says no onions right on the outside of the burger just to open it and have onions on it. Is it really that hard? Now I do usually get all the items in my order so I can't complain there but PLEASE pay attention or take the extra second to make sure special orders...
Read moreWell, I go here 3 nights a week, some times upwards of 5 nights a week and I always get the same thing every time I order, and while the afternoon shift always gets my order right, I started working a second job and end up coming after 9p and of the last 5 times I went after I get off work at my first job at 9p and am headed to my second job, they messed up my order 4 of those times, and if you call to say something, they just don't pick up, they only ever picked up once, and as it stands all I can say is go there before 7p, as I can only assume that that is before second shift goes on break and comes back and not caring about getting orders right after that... if I could leave separate reviews for different shifts, I would rate the before 7p shift 5 star, but after that it immediately drops to 1 star... and I'm sorry to say it, but I will not be going back since the only time I can now order is after 9p, I'll take my business where they actually care about getting...
