I cannot say enough good things about living in the Treysta complex. I have been here for almost a year now and have loved every second.
Starting with the staff, the front desk attendants are always friendly and always willing to help out. If I have any questions I need directed towards the property manager, I get a response within the hour. They are always planning events for the complex and making me feel at home. Can't say enough about how great he staff has been.
The apartment itself is so modern and so clean. Whenever I bring friends over who live downtown they're all impressed with how impressive the community lobby space is. I always find myself downstairs on weekend nights doing some work with my laptop near one of the big screen tvs. Also, for a complex that allows dogs, it is the CLEANEST complex I have been in in the Madison/Monona area.
The location of the apartment is fantastic. I wanted a one-bedroom without the downtown prices, and I found this perfect apartment, no more than 10 minutes downtown, right off the beltline, and sitting next to the Yahara river, which is BEAUTIFUL in the spring and summer. There is a river walk where you can step right outside the complex and watch are always boats driving by or kayakers paddling by. It's the best of both worlds by being close to downtown but having a little sanctuary on the river a bit away from downtown.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone and everyone. The hardest choice when choosing this apartment was "which balcony view do I want?". That should tell...
Read moreI am a current Resident at this complex. Things have been getting consistently worse here. Things break, and management flat out says that they will not fix them. Any request or concern that is brought to him is replied with a snarky NOOOO. There is no regard for customer service or resident quality of life/ happiness. Perks that were initially provided in order to get you to live here are constantly taken away, And prices increase through out the year in shady ways. Water. internet. electricity. Meanwhile the elevators break every other day. A HUGE concern. They have an intercom system. but refuse to let you use it. They permanently lock the lobby door, so you cant buzz in food delivery or guests. The trash shoot door on the higher floors break so you have to go down 4 stories to throw away trash. they used to have a small market in the lobby for odds and ends items for purchase. they got rid of that. If you have a maintenance request, the will delete your request and ignore it. Basically everything is deteriorating and they aren't fixing it. meanwhile you are paying over 2000.00 to live in a dump with no customer Service.New owners hasn't helped at all. it has...
Read moreI want to begin by noting that my fiancé and I have always been the ideal tenants. We are never late on paying rent, we are very clean and quiet people. We recently moved out of Treysta after a year of living there. For how much they charge in rent per month, it definitely wasn't worth it. The apartment was nice, but we had a lot of problems with the unit. For being brand new, it felt like several people had lived in our unit prior to us. We even had water leak from the roof all over our storage unit. The owner of the building required for us to get our carpets cleaned prior to moving out, which by law, is illegal. Check it out on tenant Resources website for yourself. I'd have to say the best part of living at Treysta is having waypoint downstairs and the fact that they allow dogs. Despite our rocky run while living there, Diane was always super helpful and very friendly with us. If it wasn't for her, our stay would've been a lot worse. If we had to do it again, we wouldn't have picked to live at Treysta. We would've saved our money and lived...
