When we purchased the furniture we were happy with the people and the experience. Once we got the couch home and used it for two days the frame broke. I contacted the store and they wanted me to pay for a service call on something that was under warranty. they sent a serviceman out whom told me it was obviously a defect in the board used and tried to screw a random piece of wood to both sides of the broken frame and then proceeded to tell me he could not fix it due and someone would be in touch to pick it up. After three weeks of not hearing from anyone i called again and was told someone would call me back with a service date. Three weeks again and the same thing. I told them that i had to have furniture for the holidays and was assured it would be taken care of by then. Again i waited and called them today. I was told that they would be able to pick it up Thursday Friday or Saturday. I asked for a time frame on getting it back before the holiday and the lady placed me on hold. when she came back i was then told that only Thursday was available and that it would take about a week. I asked to wait until after the holidays and was told that she could not book it out that far but would call me when she could. Now i sit here in the same situation and it has been almost three months. The people in store are great, be careful what they tell you as far as service, warranty, and what is included, as it changes when you have an actual issue. I cannot give them a good enough review. The only way they can be given what they deserve is with a raise, in order to keep good individuals. Good, Professional people are RARE these days . KEEP THESE ! The salesperson.? Well, we were specifically in the store in Monroe. • We had 2 separate places to deliver the items we purchased, and our girl got the addresses reversed on items. • I got the text regarding those.items, saw it was reversed, CALLED to correct the specifics immediately upon receival of text. It was supposed to have been corrected. I guess since delivery was the same day and one following the other, they never corrected the specifics, so when the Delivery Specialists got. here, it was still reversed. It was not something I could not handle, but we were roght at the desk, paying when we did it so? Therein was my issue. DELIVERY SPECIALISTS AND OUR SALES GUY ..In the store were great. Only issue was with the reverse addresses on delivery upon payment with the girl at the counter. I guess if there is only 1 address for each person there won't be an issue. Either way it was great. Read moreI purchased a livingroom set on September 15, 2020. From the beginning my delivery date was changed. The livingroom set had a tear on the back of one of the sections. But because I had removed my old furniture from my house, I agreed to keep the set until they could replace it with a new one. The next week, they came again. The section they brought also had a tear. They took it back. Approximately a week later, the furniture truck came again. This time as they removed the plastic, they observed damage to this section. They loaded it back on the truck without ever entering my house. After days of silence, I drove to Ashley's. A male employee spoke with me. He apologized about my situation, and set another delivery date. Again I received no phone call. So l called and spoke with a female employee. I explained that I had not heard from them about a delivery. She was very professional and assured me that she would look into it. She said she would have the furniture brought to the warehouse and I could come to the store and inspect it myself before they would bring it to my house. Today is October 17, 2020.
