Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store — Local services in Monroe

I absolutely loathe going into this store. Somehow someway I’m always made to feel uncomfortable in this store. Whether it be employees handing you clothes trying to upsell you, or following you around trying to tell you things would look good on you, etc. but today I went in to make a return. I had bought gifts for someone and they recently passed away. I went in with my receipt, got to the counter and the guy first tells me “sorry we can’t accept returns after 4:18.” At first I’m like haha funny. But no I actually wanna make a return, so he calls the manager up. From there he proceeds to tell me that if he “makes anymore returns he’s going to lose his job.” Then makes the joke again as his manager is standing next to him, he then looks at me and says “are you sure you want to return this I’m about to lose my job because of you. Do you want me to lose my job because of you ?” I reply man I just want to return this. He then proceeds to joke about how the clothing is his size “are you sure you want to return this” at this point I’m uncomfortable and just want to get out of the store I reply yes I want to return this. He then starts scanning it and asks AGAIN! “Do you really want to return this” at this point I’m fuming I finish my transaction and leave. I will never come in this store again. I will go to a department store and pay full price before dealing with those...

We came in earlier today to browse the kids' clothing. There was this older lady (employee) who was staring us down, watching our every movement, making us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. She was clearly annoyed whenever we would pick up clothing and put it back in order to find the right size. To add onto this, she was giving us the dirtiest looks, which made us return the items we were planning to purchase to their original spot. As we were heading to exit the store, we noticed that she rushed over to inspect the area which he had been browsing, as if we had done something wrong. We understand that tidying up the clothes may be part of her job, however, there was no need for the dirty looks or the mean-spirited attitude. Coming from such a high-end clothing brand like Ralph Lauren, you would expect so much more. This will be the FIRST and LAST time we ever visit...

I am a polo fanatic yes the cloths at this store are awesome and the deals are great even more so when your signed up. But the employees, the employees are terrible. Don't go to polo and expect world class customer service cause all you will get is weird stares, and awkward unhelpful encounters. And the polo manicans don't even have heads like what kind of merchandising manican don't have a head? And in addition the most furiating thing about the store is when a particular sales associate prompted to grab my butt as if I was someone they knew!! THIS IS FURIATING!! I WILL NEVER SHOP POLO...
