My mom and I went in the Monroe store today, the lady at the front of store said welcome in, in the rudest tone. There were no other customers in the store, she gave me a bad vibe and I will not return. She never asked us if she could help us. She didnât ask what brought us in or what we were looking for. This is the second time this has happened to me, the first time was about 3 years ago. I thought maybe it was the staff at that time, but today let me know my services were not welcome there. I donât shop where o donât feel appreciated. So, we left there and went to Marc Jacobâs , the sales people there were so friendly and made great suggestions, so they got your business. The lovely sales associate that my husband approached to find the item so he wouldnât be stuck in the store looking around decided to tell him they donât have any in stock and he âcould afford one anyoneâ.
