TIRES, let's talk tires

I had to replace tires on a 2013 Buick Encore, and a Chevrolet 2500HD Silverado with a Duramax diesel.

I "Got the Coopers" for the Buick and Goodyear Wrangler AT Adventure with Kevlar, so they're bullet proof.......

I purchased in Oct, which is supposed to be a good time to buy. F&F had the typical factory rebates others had, additionally they had their own rebate, Plus 1 free with 4! That was a huge money saver.

Nobody else was close in pricing.

I had them mounted a couple months later

They did a full service on the Buick and did a great job. They covered the seats and steering wheel with plastic, and covered the floor mats with attractive F&F paper mats

I prepaid for alignments on both vehicles. When they put the Chevrolet truck on the alignment rack, do to my impeccable driving, it needed no adjustment. So F&F refunded the alignment money . Who does that as they still took the time to check it all in the machine.

I have nothing but respect for their operations, and competitive pricing.

These purchases were allot of money. I had hope for a Bidenomics discount but alas, none were available.

Both vehicles ride better with the new tires, and are more quiet.

Nobody has shot at my kevlar tires yet, but I haven't driven thru Madison WI...

We went to Monroe’s Farm and Fleet on Tuesday May 16, 2023. We arrived at 7:15pm with three battery cores to return. We were told by an employee that “there was no one to help us with that and he didn’t know how to and that the computers were down” then he proceeded to tell us we “could return to the store tomorrow to return them” my husband let him know in a nice way that “we are farmers and we have work to do and we drove 30 minutes to get this taken care of tonight and we don’t have time tomorrow because we have work to do on the farm” in which we got a blank stare! First Farm and Fleet closes at 8pm which makes it hard for us to get there then we we do get there no one can help us?! We are living in a sad world because customer service is out the window and NO one seems to care. Maybe the owner of Farm and Fleet better start paying decent wages so she can actually get some decent help and start staying open until 9pm for the true farmers! After all the stores name has FARM in it do be there for the farmers who are...

I love this store and their products. I check online before buying my tools and Blain's Farm and Fleet has come out on top every time for me whether competitive prices or great sales! So I head on over to my local BF&F in Monroe. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- Products and Prices

I received outstanding customer service from an associate named Andy. This young man was so helpful as well as knowledgeable in the tool department. I bet I asked him more than 20 questions and he answered them all for me. But what got me more than anything was he never expressed frustration with me.
