I'm so sad because I normally love this store. I shopped there today, Saturday 7/8/17. The two girls working stayed behind the counter talking about guys while I helped myself, come out of the dressing room barefooted to get different sizes for myself, which was very embarrassing . No one ever once asked if I needed help, a different size, etc. One of the times I had to come out to get a different size the attendant, when asked where this particular shirt was...instead of wanting to help, she said I think that's the last one...well, it wasn't! There were 4 left and the size I needed. To add insult, I thanked them for all their help, while I was checking out and they had the audacity to say you are welcome! I called back and have requested the manager to call me. We will see! I'm so upset but love this store!! Definitely need...

Horrible customer service and the manager was smirking the whole entire time I’m trying to explain the issue! Then she had the audacity to say my attitude was bad!!! I told her I was going to write a bad review on Facebook and let the public know how badly I was treated and then she said she was going to give me a discount!!! I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I bought a shirt online. Received it. Didn't like it. Looked on the store website, no information on returns. I sent an Instagram message asking about returns. No response. I sent 2 emails and received no response. )There is a statement on the receipt that reads returns accepted within 30 days for store credit or to original form of payment.
