The Aurum Place — Local services in Monroe

Upon arriving at this place it was a good experience, until what I assumed was the manager/owner. His attitude was very humiliating towards his employees. The young lady was training learning how to do the process to fill out forms for repair. Which another employee was assisting her with and the manager took over. Was very rude to her and the other employee telling him to go to the back. So after leaving my phone here for over an hour(Told 20 mins, 40 mins, and then 1 hour). I called myself to check on my repair, well my phone was done but never did I receive a call about it being. Then I get to the store to find out I needed a "slip" in order to get my phone. Nobody ever told me I needed anything for my phone to be picked up. If this was mentioned I would have kept it, but once again nothing was said. From the moment this guy walked out my good experience turned into nightmare. This man has absolutely no customer service skills at all, it's a take it or leave it atmosphere. If you want to be treated like a nobody then this is the place for you. Other shops might be more expensive but theres a reason they do...

Just got my phone repaired today .My daughter was playing with it with screen cracked and some water get in to it .the volume control buttons went mulfunction and the apple sign showed up 😳.
