Five Guys — Restaurant in Monroeville

update I got a call from the owner of this place. WOW!!! Wanna talk about unprofessional? He called me a liar and berated me for leaving bad reviews. Claimed to have watched his security footage and that all of the food was fine. Dude, the food was not fine. It was awful. Will definitely never go back. I encourage everyone to find a new burger place. Rude and disrespectful all the way up to the owner.

We've been going to Five Guys in Monroeville since the place opened. I've never been disappointed. Until today.

Husband ordered a burger with an extra patty. Paid the extra money for it. Didn't get it. I ordered the BLT sandwich with grilled onions and mushrooms added and lite may. Yeah, it was just bacon and onions. Thankfully I had tomato at home to add. The food? All of it was COLD! The service is awful and slow. This is so disappointing because after Smashburger left Five Guys was the last decent place to have good burgers. Well, we're not wasting our money...

If you're craving a good ol' fashion burger than Five Guys is the place! Better grab some napkins cause they're the juiciest burgers I've had..E'ry burger we ordered was made to order & we were able to decide what topped each burger. The condiment choices go beyond the norm of ketchup & mustard & includes sauteed mushrooms & onions..& their fries are insane! Can choose between fresh cut or cajun fries & if ya want malted vinegar then they have that.. I do hope 1 day soon they toss onion rings on the menu w/all the other nostalgic items like BLTs, hotdogs & chili (that throws Wendy's outta the water) It's an understatement By me saying that the milkshakes are the best of I've ever had" Yep, folks they are that good! Last thing I wanna say right quick is that some folks complain about their food being too pricey BUT also say how great the food & service was & that makes no sense to me because this is a fast food restaurant that makes you forget you're...

I can't believe the hype for this place. My partner and I decided to try the Five Guys in Monroeville yesterday. Upon entering, the place was a mess. Tables were not cleaned, there were fries and garbage on the floor. We thought "Ah, they're busy", but they actually weren't for the restaurant to be in that condition. We ordered 2 double bacon cheeseburgers, 2 large fries, and 2 medium drinks. The cost was over $50! Seeing this place rated as High as it is totally misleading. The place is a glorified McD's and charges prices that are higher than Burgatory (which is actually worth it!) We had to wait 20 minutes for our order. The burgers were great but not worth the $12. The fries were just gross! There was so much salt on them we couldn't even eat them. Overall, not a good experience, a waste of money and we will not be trying Five Guys again. These people really need to clean up their act! Sad, but true....
