I used to shop VS back when Century III was alive and well and then, Century III closed and I started shopping VS in other malls. I ALWAYS had a feeling of the ladies being snooty, snotty, stuck-up and just all-around condescending towards me and my lowerside of middle class money. Well, that got completely and totally confirmed and exacerbated when I began shopping at the other malls. Then, the quality of their products went 100% downhill and became cheaper quality than Walmart was and I stopped shopping there because I was tired of being treated as though my money wasn't good enough for their store. I've not shopped in a Victoria's Secret since and on the day I was there, I went in and shopped with my friend. Let me just say, NOTHING about how they treat you has changed and to be completely honest, the worker ladies looked like they were more lower class than me. I would've NEVER guessed a lady dressed in sweats and a hoodie that approached me and asked, "are you finding everything," was a worker had she not asked if I was finding everything. I get the times have changed in 20-some years but, for their workers to look as sloppy as they did, it just felt their standards of uniform have disappeared. I'm a comfy swats and hoodie gal but, the way they charge $79 for a single hoodie is just exorbitant and unbelievable and they act like their higher class with their prices, trying to be Michael Kors quality with prices and the quality being lower than Walmart. I'm glad I don't shop here and won't go back to shopping here and this ultimate decision is brought on by how their sloppy women treat me every time I'm in their stores and it's not changed whatsoever in the 20-some years of not going in their stores and the making me feel like I'm an outcast or I'm a shoplifter and need to be baby-sat is just wrong on so...

Current experience: Monroeville Mall PA
She does not talk she shouts.
âShauna flumeâ (name spell may not be correct According to staff?) this manager is very unpleasant and unprofessional. Shauna was very pleasant as a cashier but promotion created a monster which is not good for business Victoria Secret. If I didnât have this credit card for years I would have closed it today.
I will close this card card when I donât mind losing 100 points from my credit score!
Comenity is bad but itâs worst to have bad customer service in-store. Victoria Secret remember the customer hold your walls together.
I do not recommend Victoria secret credit card by comenity bank. I have had my Victoria secret by comenity bank credit card since 2015 and never had an increase since I opened it. I have had on time payments, increases salary and even spoke to a representative.
I was told sometimes the customers put the card on hold for no increase. About a year or two ago I was told they would take the hold off since I did not request to put it on hold but still no changes.
In store workers told me they had increased the same year several times since they open their accounts, yet mine stays the same. Itâs not worth keeping if it doesnât...

Sona empowered us throughout the shopping experience by asking thoughtful questions and tailoring her suggestions to our specific needs. I canât say enough good things about this young ladyâshe truly made our day! Highly recommend...
