1 star for horrible customer service: I’ve never had a problem with this location, I really enjoyed shopping here but I’ve recently had a bad experience with an employee. I believe his name is David. First of all, he did not greet us when walking in, he literally saw us walking in and immediately gave an attitude. I didn’t think much of it I was just excited to check out any new plushies to add onto my collection. I expected a joyful and positive environment since the shop is literally Sanrio, even workers at build a bear are more cheerful. It’s supposed to be a positive environment where children and adults can be at peace while shopping. This was the complete opposite, I felt uncomfortable and felt like I was being a burden for him to do his job? Anyway, when charging us, he was giving attitude the whole time. It really seemed like he hates his job and he hates having customers come in. Why hire someone who will be having attitude all the time ? I hope they do something about this because unfortunately, this shop will lose customers when encountering...

Terrible service! I called the store thirty minutes before closing to ask if they had a retsuko plushie I really needed for a birthday present and they confirmed they did have have it, so after hanging up I rushed to the store to get it and arrived 15 minutes before they closed. The lady had already locked the door she even looked up and saw me and completely and blatantly ignored me, rolled her eyes and continued looking down on her phone. I even tried calling again to let her know my time in there would take 2 minutes to make my purchase and she did not respond. This happened on a Wednesday in June, I don’t know what the employee’s name is but she was extremely rude, Sanrio Arcadia...

I came into the store a few days ago and I must say I am disappointed and annoyed. I first walked in and a girl at the register was just on her phone and greeted me. No one even ask if me I needed help until way later. I don't remember her name but she had short curly hair and she just stood behind the register. She seemed like she had an attitude. I live outta town and was trying to visit some of the sanrio stores to shop before heading back home for the holidays. I'm going to have to message corporate about these employees! I ended up not buying anything and...
