We drove over an hour to pick up a shirt that took 2 months to get. There is a girl working here which I hope it’s not the owner because if she is it’s sad. We get in there because obviously she’s on the phone and doesn’t acknowledge us outside. She still continues her conversation while we are inside doesn’t even welcome us. Customer service is key specially right now for small businessesc, asks for my name looks for the shirt and gives it to me. Not a “thank you for waiting” “thanks for your business” . Then continues to be on her phone, we were there for 10-15 min looking at the pieces the store had. Not once did she asked if we needed anything, we left and she stayed on her phone. Please hire better people to work here, the vibe was so uncomfortable we didn’t want to spend our money here. Will take my business to Melrose as they check for temperatures and Welcome every customer....

You kind of get your moneys worth because some pieces are over a bill. Just keep an eye out finding the place because it's quite hidden with other...
