1-Star Review Buyers and Customers Beware -- Diamond Missing After Daniels at Montclair Plaza Handled My Bracelet on June 2, 2025 at 7:00pm.

I took my $26,000 tennis bracelet -- which I originally purchased in Los Angeles -- to Daniels Jewelers at Montclair Plaza to have it checked. After the jeweler in the back handled it, I later realized one of the diamonds was missing.

When I contacted the store and their corporate office, no one took responsibility. I got vague responses, no urgency, and no offer to review security footage. I've now had to file a police report just to try to get answers.

This experience has been incredibly disappointing. If you're thinking of trusting them with anything valuable, don't.

Buyers beware -- especially of the jeweler in the back.

Worst service communication wise they mislead me when I ordered a wedding band, Maya the representative who "helped" me said my order would be here before the date I need it, when I called her to get the status of my order she said it would be here July 6 which I specifically stated the day I purchased it I need the band before my wedding June 24th I ordered the band May 29th, I am very disappointed very upset and I felt like there was no empathy coming from her or the manager not a way to take care...

This Daniels Jewelers was awesome! I wish i could remember the name of the woman that helped us, she was so friendly and helpful. Everything had to be done curb side and it actually wasn't that bad. After dealing with Daniel's jewelers in Ontario mills mall i didn't think we would ever be customers again but i guess its just a bad group of people over there and not all are the same. I highly recommend going to Daniel's jewelers at this location in Montclair plaza and avoid Ontario mills location...
