This review is long overdo but shopping at Vesa Brides was one of the best decisions I made! I always drove past their shop so when I got engaged and had to start looking for my wedding dress, I decided to try them out. I happened to go on the weekend of a trunk show which was extra fun. They were able to accommodate every request and go above and beyond. The rules with COVID were strict but I had really wanted to bring 4 guests so my future mother-in-law and sister-in-law could come. They allowed that exception for me, and right then I know they were going to be great to work with. There were so many options to choose from and all of the dresses were great quality and affordable. They helped to work with me and kept me on budget. Veronica was great to work with, she helped me pick out many dresses but was never pushy and let us all really share our opinions. They allowed photos which was so helpful to see how I would look in pictures. Vesa Brides was the first place I went dress shopping and I found the dress! It was one of the most fun days of the whole engagement (aside from getting engaged and married) and I had my loved ones with me. We decided to get my dress altered through Vesa Brides as well which was a great decision. They did a fabulous job, I got so many compliments on my bustle, many people seeing they never seen one like that. They answered every question I had and it was such a relief knowing my dress was in good hands and Veronica and her team could help me with anything I needed. The first time my dress and veil came in, the wrong veil was actually delivered. Veronica thought it was wrong but my family and I didn't realize so we said it was the right one. A couple of weeks later we realized it was wrong and she was able to get me the right one by the next fitting. Many other dress places would have been annoyed or not as accommodating, as we hadn't noticed that mistake, but not Vesa Brides. Veronica pays so much attention to her clients, she realized I had the wrong veil before my mom, sister, and I did! Vesa Brides made wedding dress shopping, fitting, and wedding planning in general a dream. I cannot recommend...

This is the BEST bridal store in the NY-NJ area! Stellar service with a VERY personal and family-like touch! I am ashamed of myself for the fact that I have not been able to post a review earlier although I got my wedding dress from Vesa Brides in Summer 2018. Owned by a mother-daughter couple, this store truly cares about minimizing your wedding stress through ensuring that you will be 100% happy with your wedding dress. Arranging weddings are stressful - especially for bride-to-be’s (let’s face it, the responsibility regarding arrangements falls more onto the bride than the groom, unfortunately)... The team at Vesa Brides knows this, and they do whatever is in their power to ensure that your dress will give you a peace of mind on your wedding day! Elsa, Veronica, and Eva took GREAT care of me, my mom, and all our needs and wishes. They were EXCEPTIONALLY patient, kind, and emphathizing with me! They never hesitated from making the changes I requested on my dress... It was less than 1 week before my wedding and I was still asking for unexpected changes - and they were welcoming all despite their very busy schedule. They even recommended a local business where I was able to get my headpiece customized:) At Vesa Brides, you are treated like family - truly... When I and my mom were sick with one worst flues we had ever had and were not able to make it to our bridal appointment, they even sent us a LOVELY “get well soon” card which I still keep. I will never forget their kindness and this ADORABLE gesture! Vesa Brides is, for sure, the BEST thing that happened to me throughout the time I was arranging my wedding. I can't say enough good things about Vesa dress!! I came to Vesa after having a terrible experience in NYC where I was kind of tricked/forced into buying a gown that was ALL WRONG for my body type. Something we of course didn't find out until the dress came in many months later. So With only 2.5 months until my wedding, I was panicking - naturally.

At Vesa, Veronica helped gently guide me toward styles I wasn't even considering - but were clearly most flattering on my figure. She was so helpful and patient and stayed late while I tried on gown after gown. She encouraged we take pictures and that I go home and sleep on it. Unlike my NYC experience where I was rushed into buying something that day.

After her great guidance and advice, I went home and couldn't stop looking st myself in one gown. I knew it was the one!

From there, if you can believe it, my experience with Vesa became even MORE hands on! I bought the Sample dress - another amazing reason to love Vesa. You can custom order or buy the gown you try on. And every gown is in impeccable condition. Nothing looks like 600 girls have tried it on.

So Veronica and Gia (alterations) worked with me, my mom and a few of my aunts (I had an army) to make sure my dress fit perfectly. I lost count of how many fittings I had, and never once did anyone at Vesa make me feel like I was using up too much of their time. In NYC I was told I got 3 fittings only and had to pay for any extra. Alterations were so reasonably priced and my dress fit like a glove.

If you want a 5 star experience, a great wealth of options, and to work with a staff that truly cares how you look on your wedding day - RUN...
