Claire's — Local services in Montebello

I went to the Claire's at the location in Montebello with my two daughters and husband Sunday night . Receipt number 58509 . Never In my life had I received such poor and humiliating customer service . I understand I went past 4 of her precious minutes after closing but the way she treated me was not acceptable . I am a paying customer, as I gave her my item to purchase she not once acknowledged me to so hi or even exchange a word . She had the worst look on her face like if she hated her job and it was a bother for her that I was buying . When the transaction was completed I even had the courtesy to say thank you and she didn't even look at me or say anything back like if I was talking to myself . The receipt said her name was Priscilla I am not sure if that was her but she had blonde hair . I just want her to know she needs better customer service and that thanks to paying customers like myself...

Went in there with my kids got distracted with my daughter for a second next thing i hear is this employee very rudely telling my son not to touch the necklaces... my son is 9 years old with autism and he was sliding his hands across the necklaces as a sensory reinforcement... i got him to stip and but while i was waiting in the very long and slow line he kept wanting to touch them and the same employee was basically standing over him every step he took taking his hands away from the necklaces. Went to get my daughter's ears piereced and had a really good experience. Dominque was extremely nice and answered all my questions in a very professional manner. She explained the importance of making sure her ears were cleaned thoroughly to prevent infections and shared with us various methods of cleaning her ears along with additional scenarios as to when they should be cleaned.
