I love this gym, this gym is the cleanest gym in his whole Monterey County. This gym is fully equipped with all ones Recreation accessories which include Tennis, Basketball Pickleball and everything in-between... . Need I say more YES, they also have a second facility just for cross training with plenty of toys to keep you fit, flexible and on point for whatever life throws at you... Now last but not least to let all of you know there is no daycare here.. and this is on a Military base so you will have to be one that holds an active or veteran card. Very well equipped and smartly designed gym. Has a wide variety of bars (Olympic barbell, ssb, football), large kettlebell selection, weighted vests, medicine balls, and an indoor turf segment for conditioning. Each rack has a platform and very high quality benches.

There’s no dumbbells but they have the adjustable kinda that may seem weird at first but they’re perfectly sufficient.

Best weight lifting gym in there...

Gym is in high state of police. Equipment is well maintained. At times it does get crowded but people are friendly to let you work in. Has lockers for daily use and self lockable cubby hole for smaller items like wallet, phone, keys etc. Best part is the bathhouse adjacent to gym. Has sauna, showers, and more lockers. Operating hours are limited. Overall, its much nicer than most...
