The manager discriminated towards me so bad yesterday. I asked her if she had anyone that could help open up another register and she proceeded to attack me and then, while I said behind people in a crowd, she talked about me to other customers which really hurt my feelings. When I got to the register and it was unnecessary, she proceeded to tell me not to rush her rush her. I in fact, did not rush her everybody in line wasn’t agreements with me just kindly asking. Is there anyone to help the very long line that was there. When I told her that her customer Service skills were lacking, and she was a terrible representative of the world. I was racially profiled during my visit to this store. I and the person I was with, we're accused of shoplifting by security, while I had a basket full of item so intended to pay for. Not to mention that security failed to catch the man (of a different race) tearing open a packaged item out in the open. The employees eyes us suspiciously for our entire visit, making me very uncomfortable and anxious. I honestly wanted to drop my cart and leave the store. The store was out of order, the bathrooms were unsanitary, the overall experience wasn't a great one after the incident. I don't know if I'll be shopping here again in the future.
