We went on a Saturday afternoon and it had way too many people so we went back on a Thursday night. The only positive thing I can say is there are many different things to do. The negatives are many: it is very hot inside (upper 70s to lower 80s) and the staff have a fan and were fanning themselves so they thought it was hot too. The floor is dirty with remnants of the old department store. We waited in a line at the register to fill out the liability waiver because 2 of the 4 waiver tablets were broken (2 weeks after opening). Then we were told told we needed to fill out the liability waiver via QR code and get in the back of the line....so we waited in line twice. There are minimal staff once you get inside so the kids are pushing and shoving without any supervision. There was a loud beeping the entire time we were there like the smoke alarms were going off. The birthday party package is 30% cheaper at Sky Zone for the exact same number of kids with the same benefits. I won't be back because it is obvious the owner is being cheap by not hiring enough staff, not repairing check in tablets, not keeping it at a normal temperature and not dealing with the...

Be prepared to keep a very close eye on your kids.
There is ZERO staff on the floor watching or helping the kids so the kids are running wild. Fighting over who's turn it is to do something. Not waiting in line for their turn. Jumping off the back wall, onto the trampolines. Don't plan to relax, outside of supervising your kid (and someone else's) The massage chairs are unplugged so I hope you weren't looking to relax and get a massage because you'll be lucky to find a chair empty or plugged in.
We came on a Saturday and it appears to be over max capacity because there are parents standing everywhere watching their kids and all the dining tables are full with parents waiting. Better seating options are needed.
SAFETY is not at anyone's best interest here. They put up signs to "Jump at your own risk" and I have seen 2 kids get hurt in just the last 30 minutes. They also give you stickers to put on your kids, with their FIRST & LAST NAMES printed on them. Not cool.
This was our first and last time here.
The kids liked it ok but for safety reasons, we won't be back, unless several...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI took my boys this afternoon (7/13/24) for the first time. I want to point out a few things to people who are wanting to go. -one it is HOT in there (even the employees are sweating) -not a lot of seating room for parents that arenāt playing with their children -safety hazard ā ļø (kids can literally walk out of the door) - there isnāt any type of lock down -also I was curious about their cleaning schedule so when I went to get a bottle of water one of the guys at the counter that checked me out stated they only cleaned the ball pits and such every 7-10 days š¤Øš¤®ā¦ -I know they are new but management has some kinks to workout as well - no one was managing the counter for the waters/snacks and it took forever -first impressions of the employees, they were dripping sweat when we walked in! Under staffed - and ordering tickets online is a waste of time, you still have to get in line to grab a sticker (which takes forever - all of the staff are lot properly trained)
**my kids did enjoy their time, but the heat in the building and their cleaning schedule kinda...
