This is the worst jewelry store I’ve ever come across. I bought a necklace that I wanted to be shorter. It was immediately sent off to repair to be shortened for me. I was never able to bring the necklace home. It’s been a month. Every time repair sends it back to the store it doesn’t pass the quality inspection and is sent back. I was actually in the store for one of the instances and saw for myself that the necklace was uneven and has some discoloration. However, there is obviously a lack of skill in their repair department because they can’t seem to get this simple adjustment done. So, basically I have purchased a necklace that Zales themselves have ruined and I will never bring home. I called Corporate and they NEVER answer the phone. When I called, the manager refused to replace the ring. They were nasty and horrible on the phone; I’ve never gone through such a thing. They ruined my ring and refused angrily to fix it.
I had to bring my DAD down there with me in person to demand a new ring. They were intimidated into doing it.
As soon as I got my new ring, one of the 3 main diamonds fell out.

We go into Zales and my wife thinks we’re just getting her ring inspection under the warranty, of course she wants to look around. Little does she know I am getting ideas from her. Fast forward I go on my lunch a few days later, Devin and staff were very helpful in my surprising my wife with the upgrade. Devin got the Happy Anniversary balloons for me and had them at the store ready for when we arrived. I was videoing the process the whole time and my wife had no idea….. it turned out really well.
