Not the least bit happy. Took my watch here 2 years ago to have links removed and the man behind the counter worked with me removing and adding in links until it was right for me. Fast forward two years and I bring in another watch to have links removed. Was told they were too busy and I'd have to leave it with them to have it done. Same man measured my wrist and wrote down how many links he thought should be removed. Since they did a good job before, I went with it. (Although I could have done that myself or sent it out by mail to have it done). Came back to get watch a week later and man behind counter declares the fit "perfect". NOT ONCE WAS I ASKED IF THE LENGTH SUITED ME. I should have spoken up but was really pressed for time and thought I would get used to the length. I did not. I'd already been told how busy they were so there was seemingly no time to remove/add links. I am so happy he's pleased with his work. I am not. I should have known what to expect when the brand name of my watch was misspelled on the service ticket....

I have visited the store twice for work now and have been amazed both times. The first was back in 2010 when they took my grandma's pearl necklace and transformed it into a short version with a new clasp and used the extra to create a matching bracelet for my wedding. The work was well done, the team was helpful and professional and they have held up still today. Also, I recently dropped off my wedding band and engagement ring to be resized after finally admitting they were not going to fit without it and they were very efficient and prompt and again the work was outstanding. They even noticed my tiny diamond missing and the price to replace it was a shock to me (good) and my rings finally...

My fiance recently bought my ring from here and said the whole experience was great. I am thrilled with the resulting ring from all their hard work. The poor guy had a hard task set out for him since all he knew was my ring size and that I wanted something antique looking and classic. He had a few pictures of things that I liked and that was it. He said Dave was helpful and gave him options of settings and helped him figure out what were the common features I seemed to like, based on my pictures. The center stone is also stunning. Dave even told him to call to see how the proposal went. We will be heading back to pick out our wedding...
