Went to the Robinson location around dinner rush.
Walked into the restaurant and immediately noticed how dirty it was inside. Every table was dirty. (my husband cleaned our table, not the workers who paid to clean them) Floors needed swept bad and trash needed taken out.
I made my way to the rest room while my husband ordered our meal. That ladies room was clean and might have been the cleanest place in the restaurant.
When I came out to the front counter, I noticed a very confused look on my husband's face so I looked for what he saw and saw why he was bothered. (he is a executive chef) We was being waited on by the manager on duty who looked very worn out. His shirt wasnt tucked in and you could tell that he was cooking at some point ( I caught that right away because I cook for a living), not the staff of "workers" who were occupying space. ( more on that in a minute.) The manager took our order and prepared it. It was all cold. We just didn't bother saying anything with everything else going on.
Not sure what was wrong with the "staff." The was a young boy who was sitting in the dining room since before we came in just looking at his phone. 2 other young boys were in the back wearing hoodies just standing there looking at us. They stood there the whole time we was there. Ar one point, one of them picked up a roll of garbage bags. There was a girl who was suppose to be working drive thru but she was more worried about some personal issue. She eventually walked into the dining room leaving the manager by himself. This manager had no control of his...
Read moreThis particular Burger King was never wonderful, but I can't begin to explain how much it has gone down hill, especially since Covid. I ordered on the app to pick up at this location around 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 23. When I arrived to pick up my order, there was a sign on the drive-thru saying they closed at 6:30 p.m. and "sorry for the inconvenience." The worst part was, even though they "closed" at 6:30, employees were still there two hours later because there were people inside, jut not willing to help customers. Google states their drive-thru is open until midnight, so they basically closed 6 hours earlier than scheduled.
This is the second time that I ordered on the BK app where it took my payment and then turned out to be closed. Burger King needs to stop taking people's orders and money through the app, only for them to be closed. I then had to go home and call customer service to get my money back...again.
What's worse is in order to get deals anymore, BK makes you go through the app. I'm beyond done with this fast food chain. There are too many other choices who value their customers. This situation happened two times in a row for me, the other being at the Meadowlands location. I'm officially done with Burger King. Their food isn't...
Read moreFirst I'm asked to round up for a veterans charity. I politely declined to which the old lady with the order spouts "poor dead veterans" after I get my drink and my food I advised her she forgot my receipt. The sign on the window says " If we forget your receipt you get a 10$ gift card" I inquired where do I get the gift card from to which she snaps "You don't you have your receipt in you hand." I yeah after getting my food and telling you that I didn't get my receipt.
So they don't honor their own policy and the service is rude. Ruder than I've ever been treated at any other BK. False advertising, ride service. This place deserves to be out of business.
BK 415 home st. Pittsburgh. Shame on you for hiring rude people like that. Worse yet for not honoring your own policy about receipts. Because once I get my food the transaction is over. If I have to remind you about my receipt then you "Forgot" to give me one.
Personal advice. Ig you want to visit a BK. Pick any BK except this one.
Now up to 5 unretuened calls from the help line. What horrible service from TOP down. No wonder they hire such rude and uncaring people who can't even obey...
