To be honest no I 100/100 do not recommend this place at all. I was there just the other day and to be truthful no just do not go there. It's nothing but chaos I got greeted upfront and got told to head around the corner she or one of the others will me us at the podium to be seated she at least was happy to see us. Then we get over there and we see all the staff just hanging out talking to one another not noticing us one bit they where all to busy chit chatting away. Finally they look over and someone goes hey there's people at the podium I guess they where talking to the host at that time but they where all so busy chitchatting that she probably tried to get threw but no one was moving that's just a gander of a guess of what had happen. She quickly gotten to us and took a few seconds to find out our table she sat us and told us our server will be with us in a few we didn't think anything of it but the next thing we knew it took about 10-15 mins before our server finally gotten to our table. Then it took a hour before we even got our food we had ordered my daughter had asked for a sweet tea and it even took the first 15 minutes before she even gotten the tea. The server asked if a water in the meantime would be alright due to the tea being freshly brewed that she didn't even get to see when we had gotten our food had to be the worst yet it seemed all cooled by the time we had received the food. Just sitting there in that time as well we had seen a couple of the servers talking and very loudly might I add first was talking about how the food here is not worth it to even it that the kitchen staff is being so slow that it's taking them a hour to be able to get the orders even out correctly. About how they hate it their and that they just wish to walk out and away from it all in the end and even complaining about the host and how she wasn't staying out their to seat people right away but no one was walking in to be seated at that time. It seem more of the place was packed with to go orders then anything else to our view. You could even hear the one host yelling out names to hand people their orders. I just hope this place will find better day's or will finally find better staff that treats one another more respectfully no one should be treated that way especially at a work environment like yes every job has it like this but even so. You guys work with each other why can't anyone leave it at the door or at least outside so no one has to hear it in the restraunt that's just disrespectful and it's not like everyone does know what's going on in everyone's personal life's. Maybe it's time for this place to make it's final curtain call in the end and...
Read moreThis place is named for its wings, so when we were just next door to it and wanted to grab a light dinner, we decided to stop in. This was NOT a good move as it turned out. The first bad sign was when we noticed that the restaurant was 80% empty, yet the host stood there and contemplated his seating chart for long minutes – never saying a word to us. He looked over at the various sections a few times and waved his hands at his screen. Not sure what he was doing. After three or four minutes, he reached for two menus, and told us to follow him and sat us at a table – right in front of the kitchen’s door!
Our waitress was fantastic though. She was on the ball, kept checking back with us and answered all our questions.
Now we come to the next bad part: the food. We ordered the combo wings. This comes with six traditional wings, six boneless wings, handcut fries and cole slaw. You get a choice of sauces with the wings and we decided to try their two limited ones” the General Tso and Chili Lime sauces. When we asked our waitress how much cole slaw comes with an order, she told us that it was a small amount so we asked about another one to which she said “sure!”
When the platter came, it had the wings and a smallish amount of French fries (see photo). While some of the ends had skins on, these fries were very small and I cannot believe they were handcut. I’ve had handcut fries in many places and these do not measure up in any way. We did get two small cups of cole slaw. The dressing for them reminded us mostly of French Dressing though. What’s with that? The two piles of wings were easy to distinguish and these were the biggest disappointment. The two sauces were absolutely horrible. The General Tso was a hard glaze and was bitter, while the chili lime did not have any lime in it, was sweet and super goopy. There is nothing you can say about “boneless wings”, however the traditional wings were fatty. I mean, aren’t you suppose to fry them to give the skin some crunch? These were definitely NOT FRIED! Not sure how they prepared them but biting into them was like biting into barely cooked bacon – not a pleasant experience!
The final poke in the eye was the bill. This “pleasure” cost us almost $20 per person because the small cup of cole slaw was an upcharge of $4.29 and to make it hurt more was labeled “Large Cole Slaw”! I do not think any Buffalo Wild Wings is going to see our money for a very long...
Read moreOur recent excursion to Buffalo Wild Wings proved to be an extraordinary disappointment, one that I feel compelled to detail with the precision it deserves. As one accustomed to a certain standard of service, I was utterly dismayed by the appalling conduct exhibited by our waitress.
Upon our arrival, the establishment's ambiance promised a convivial evening, yet this promise was swiftly shattered. Our waitress, a young lady of ostensibly modern sensibilities, attended to us with a marked lack of alacrity. Each request was met with an indolent response, her manner devoid of any semblance of urgency or care.
The nadir of our experience occurred as we endeavoured to settle our account. Having signalled for the check, we were subjected to an interminable wait, one that tested the limits of our patience. Instead of fulfilling her professional duties, the waitress was conspicuously absorbed in her personal diversions. Seated within our line of sight, she shamelessly partook in her own repast, her attention diverted by the glowing screen of her mobile device.
Such conduct is indefensible, particularly in an establishment that ostensibly prides itself on service. It was not merely the delay that vexed us, but the palpable disdain for her responsibilities. Our entreaties for the check were met with a cavalier disregard, an affront to patrons who expected, at the very least, a modicum of courtesy and efficiency.
In summary, our visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was marred by the reprehensible behaviour of the waitstaff. It is my earnest hope that this critique serves as a catalyst for the necessary improvements, lest future patrons be subjected to similar indignities. Such an establishment must strive to uphold the standards of hospitality, which, in this instance, were regrettably...
