If I could give negative stars I would. First off when I was purchasing my order it was never read back to me before checking out. In fact the saleswomen said that she wasn’t even sure how my order price was less than it was on the original receipt. I was very busy last week so I wasn’t even able to thoroughly look at my purchase until the weekend. Upon looking at 2 of my concentrates I noticed that I had received 2, 1g jars instead of 2, 2g jars. I called and spoke with Matthew and he told me that I could return them and purchase the correct product. I told Matthew that the Robinson store was 30 minutes out of my way and having to go out there for a return that should’ve never happened in the first place is ridiculous. I asked him what could be done for their mistake but he didn’t have the authority to offer anything. He told me that he would speak with the manager, Steven, and have him get back to me on Sunday because he wasn’t there on Saturday. I’m writing this review on Tuesday after I had to call myself and speak with Steven. When I was finally able to get through to someone and ask for Steven, he came on and told me that his manager was supposed to reach out and that’s why he hasn’t. He then told me that I needed to return the items, went on to say that I only paid for 2, 1g jars and that I actually got them on sale so I got them for a very good price. He also said every order is read back to the customer during check out, and that he will need to check with the employee. I reiterated to him that he is completely missing the point and that the cashier never read back my order during check out, but he again tried to make it my fault. I ended up getting 160 whopping points for Ethos mistake, only for the manager at the very end to tell me that they’ve changed their point system and you can no longer redeem more then 1000 points at a time. Also 1000 points is now only worth $50 instead of the $100 it was in the past and supposedly that was just for the month of August. It is hard to compete with Ethos prices and sales compared to other dispensary’s in the area but I promise I will not go back to Robinson/North Fayette ethos. The staff is generally very helpful and nice, and I certainly do not have anything against the cashier who messed up my order. My problem is with Steven and Matthew, 2 incompetent managers who don’t care for many but themselves. I will also be reaching out to corporate about my displeasure as a well. BEWARE buyers

Read moreI ordered online. I was given the choice to use drive thru or inside. I chose drive thru. Cash or debit, I chose debit. When I arrive to pick up my I order that I ordered around 650 pm June 15. The drive thru was closed and I read at the store it closes 1 hour before the store. That shouldn’t be an option if people can’t actually use it or ithat information should be clearly stated when ordering on the website. That was aggravating but it was not the worst. When I went inside. I was waited on right away. When I went to pay, the girl that waited on me told me it was $30. (That was what I expected) When the screen came up on the machine it said $33.25. I said I thought you said $30 she said it is $30, I said this says $33.25…. Nope just $30 she says. I messed up figuring the debit card machine, so the exact conversation happens again. “It’s $30!” Before Leaving I expected to get my $3.25 back like they do at other dispensaries, but no. I said i was charged $33.25. She said receipt in bag. When I asked again she said “ we charged you $30, that thing charged you $3.25! HUH???? I told her the customer should be told the TOTAL they are paying , not what the product cost. You don’t go to Walmart. Spend $200 on taxable items and get told it is $200. You are told the whole price… with tax and any fees!!!!!! If she was young, I would have been less baffled, had I not asked more than once, I would have gone on my merry way. Only gave 1 star so I could leave this review, warning others to do business elsewhere's. etho's on summit park drive Moon Township, Pa. 15108 needs to be re-named, "Family and Friends first..... ...everybody else, when we feel like it." I was there, today, March 19th, 2025 @ apprx. 1 P.M. After checking in at the front desk, I was told to have a seat. 2 others came in after me, both went ahead of me, (Neither had an on-line order.) And I was left sitting, (As if I didn't even exsist, as if my money weren't good enough.) I said nothing, not with hands or mouth. Simply got up and left, driving to another "Etho's", (Through Pittsburgh, Pa. traffic, apprx. 16 miles. Lunchtime traffic.) There!!!!! I was treated with respect, AS A CUSTOMER!!!! Having to drive through city traffic, sad but true, I'll be doing that very thing from now on, just so I can go to a real, "ETHO'S" and be treated as a customer. I'm an old man, being a teenager in the 70's was the best, people back then where real. etho's on summit park drive, they are the coffin that the 1970's were buried in. If, you're friends/family? With etho's summit park drive, they're there, JUST FOR YOU. For anybody else.......do yourself a favor, go ANYWHERE else, yeah...
