If I ever have the misfortune to find myself on death row, I will consider getting my last meal from Industry Public House.

When I visited on a Wednesday around 8, it was busy, loud, and I was quoted a 15 min wait to get a seat, but it took only 7-10. They sat us toward the back at some high tables, which aren't my favorite. But, I was comfortable and the seating didn't take away from my meal.

Julia was a great waitress. I feel like she could tell it was our first time there, but she didn't treat us to the "have you ever dined here with us before." She kind of stepped to our table and asked if we knew what we were drinking on, took the order, and then said she'd be back with our drinks and to take our order.

I'll tell you, this place hit a home run on every course except for the dessert. But, I'll save that for last.

Teamster Mozzarella Cogs?....more than a fancy cover-up for Mozzarella sticks....these things are good... simple but delectable. I would order them again.

The Bison burger was possibly the best burger I ever had. The bun was like a soft cloud, and the meat and topping were proportioned just right so that every bite to the last had meat, bread and goodness and the lean meat didn't leave me feeling bloated. The burger stayed intact until the last bite. Remarkable!

The hidden scene stealer was the side salad. I switched out my fries for this healthy option, as did my better half, and we ate that sucker in silence winking and high-fiving our choice. The ingredients were fresh and the balsamic dressing was exceptional. Who would of thought a side salad could be a scene stealer?

Hats off to the bartender. I copped a Praline Old Fashioned, Famous Last Words, and my partner grabbed the Carnegie Cucumber....priced just right and with respectable amounts of the devil's sweet nectar. I had a good old time.

And, finally, even though the bread pudding came out looking super sexy, it was ultimately more "bread" than pudding. The great helping of delicious, rich ice cream couldn't pull the bread pudding away from the dryer side of the abyss. YMMV, I would not get it again as I prefer a bread pudding that is more creamier and on the softer-sweet side. Nevertheless...

I can't wait to visit this spot again. 5 Stars...

Cool interior, just stop using so much Fabuloso..the smell was disgusting, felt cheap yet prices were high. Demands higher class pricing but not worth the current prices..Note to management: drop the prices of drinks and food you want to appropriately value your brand. The service was slow, our server disappeared for awhile and wasn't really trying - had to ask for all table items like ketchup. The burger meat was good just kind of plain. The onions in my burger were super raw and spicy, almost hard to eat - soak onions in water to reduce their burn and increase the appeal. All of the food was under salted, under peppered, and missing that 'umph' for the overpriced food. Yep, said it again. Beers cost too much, my beer from the head was flat tasting. Let's see, the mozzarella appetizer was delicious with a handsome portion! The "half a pound" of boneless dry rub chicken was a rip off! Miserable sad looking pieces without much flavor, they look like sliced pieces of a chicken tender and you only get 6 small pieces. Can't harp on food quality enough, the value to quality ratio just isn't here and Texas Roadhouse is a better alternative. I wanted to like this place, the reviews on Google are too nice. So, kitchen needs work, the smell is the establishment sucks, yet it has an okay atmosphere when you look past everything. It's a bar with some okay food items. The patio is nice, perhaps a few heaters would be a hit! I want to come back if they try harder to make it feel nicer for the prime location. It left me underwhelmed and suggest going somewhere else to eat or just for drinks - there are more affordable bars nearby that boast better food. The bathrooms are eh, wife said women's bathroom was gross. The men's was weird without privacy dividers..not an issue for me but I know several people that would not enjoy that experience. It's a cool looking place and huge! I bet it gets packed for games, might be worth it for happy hour. Though, they need to bring their A-game for service and expect to be asking for everything.. seriously..where's...

We actually came here 2 nights in a row! This is NOT typical for us but the menu is too interesting to really get a good sampling with just one visit.

They have a really great selection of local and craft beers on tap. I tried the house Copper Ale which is easy and eminently drinkable--something that could easily be a go to daily beer (if I drank beer every day, and if I wasn't constantly looking to try new things 😉). I also tried Southern Tier's Warlock imperial pumpkin stout. I'm generally not a fan of pumpkin beers because they're too sweet and gimmicky, but this one was smooth and balanced and went well with the pumpkin empanadas we got as snack.

It's not often that you find a place that has cocktails that are as interesting as their beer list, or vice versa, but Industry didn't disappoint. We tried a couple of creative sangrias, a praline old fashioned, and their barrel aged Manhattan. The Menlo Park, the Tesla's Coil, the Nitro PSL Espresso Martini, were also worth ordering.

The food is excellent and the menu worth studying. Generally, the portions are HUGE, but somehow we managed to order the more reasonably sized dishes. I'm happy that the mahi tacos came with soft corn tortillas. The pierogi with caramelized onions and sour cream on a bed of arugula had a wonderfully chewy creaminess. The roasted sweet potatoes with spicy aioli were a seasonal treat. We eyed the flatbread on our neighbor's table with envy and next time I want to try their wonderfully creative burger selections and/or one of their other sandwiches. There's too much good stuff on the menu to be satisfied with only one or even two visits. I really like a restaurant that gives you multiple reasons to come back.

To top it all off, our server Jade was wonderful and the whole place is cozy and comfortable. I have a feeling...
