Stopped here on our way to a concert, been a year or so since we've been here. We got our appetizer and then our salads which was in an ok time frame. Been about an hour since we've been there and we notice that the people around us that were seated after us already have their food. I ask the bartender to find our server and the manager heard us and asked what was wrong. I told her, and then our food comes out and the waitress says sorry it took so long I said may we have our check now because we have some where to be. My shrimp was dry, they forgot one of our sides, all the steaks were overcooked and tough and the plates were all hot like they had been under a heat lamp. The manager got our missing sides and offered to remake the shrimp. I said no thankyou to the shrimp because we had a concert to get to. The waitress then walked past 3 different times and waits on the tables on each side of us completely walking past us on purpose. The manager was nice and polite and took care of our meal and made sure we got what we needed. The server on the other hand started off fine but then upset us when she blew us off after we got our meal. I'm a bartender and tip super super well. But due to her actions in the end she got a pitiful tip, otherwise she would have got an out of this world tip since our check was taken care of. Overall the steaks were awful, but the manager was awesome and doing...

I've been to this Outback a few times now, and I've never hated it, but it doesn't really hold a special place in my heart either. On the whole, food there tastes good. They let you do burgers like you do steak, rare to well done. Mine have always been just as I asked for. The biggest complaint I have about the food is that, depending on what you order, the price might not reflect the portions. With the burgers I've noticed you get pretty much what you pay for. Other things on the menu are a little overpriced for what you get, chicken dishes in particular. It all tastes good, mind you. As far as atmosphere, it's pretty nice. Not loud or boisterous. You wouldn't go here to drink at the bar and watch the game. It's more of a family kind of place. Lights are a little dim in my opinion. They keep the place good and clean. Never had an issue with that. That extends to the bathrooms as well, which are usually very nice. Staff has always been very nice to me, and I've never had an issue with any of the servers. There are a few that don't have much of a personality, but no rude ones.
As I said, it's not a bad place. Food's good (though sometimes overpriced), atmosphere is OK, place is clean, staff isn't rude or anything. It just doesn't do anything special for me. You might love it, but hey. Only on way...
Read moreI will start this off by saying my wife and I love coming to Outback, the food is always great and the service is usually very good as well. Last night was the exception. My family had dinner for my mom’s 76th birthday, and from the very beginning the service was terrible. To start, Paul forgot to put in our blooming onions and we had to ask for them a half hour later. The manager comped those which was very much appreciated. Paul’s personality is alarming. He was very rude and short with each one of us at our table from the time we ordered our drinks. It was also very difficult (near impossible) to get more bread, refills, etc. When it came time to make the payment he seemed to get very angry that my sister did not have it waiting for him. It truly seemed like he spent the most amount of time at our table when it was time for him to collect our checks. We were here once before (right before Christmas) and had the same server and we had pretty much the same service. He also was expressing how angry he was that he had to use an iPad to take orders rather than a notepad and as he was complaining about it he said how “retarded” the technology was. This was again very alarming and quite offensive. My wife and I could not believe it. We truly do love Outback, but Paul is making us really question ever coming back...
