I came in to upgrade my wedding ring, and they took the time to really listen to what I was looking for. Kelsey was attentive and thoughtful throughout the entire process, and Megan offered helpful insight and support that made me feel confident and excited about my decision.

Hands Down the Best Kay’s I’ve Ever Visited!

This is by far the best-looking and most modern Kay’s Jewelry store I’ve ever stepped into. The design and layout are stunning—easily outshining Zales, Jared, Helzberg Diamonds, and even other Kay’s locations. You can tell this new build got the VIP treatment. Honestly, they need to give the same facelift to their older stores!

The staff was super friendly and helpful, even after I left (I called several times with questions—lol). The selection was amazing! Any jewelry or diamond lover would be in heaven. So many gorgeous pieces to choose from.

In absolute freak accident my engagement ring broke and my diamond went missing. Unfortunately due to it being a casted ring they couldn’t repair the prong that fell off. Me and my fiancé took it in to Kay’s they said the last Kay’s forgot to log the service i had 6 months prior but Megan worked hard to communicate this issue and contacted the manager to get a replacement to me.
