Among the rudest and most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. How Subway can hire such people is a poor reflection and just goes to show how much they could care less about their company and about their customers satisfaction. After the point where they take your money and capture your sale they could care less about you and what you Ordered. So anyway, I ordered a sandwich through the subway app and was delivered someone else's order. No big deal right? Easy fix, call up and let them know and they'll send me out the right one right? Oh no! Not on this case. Called the store for almost an hour and nobody picked up. It just rang and rang and rang. Finally a lady picks up (probably because she was tired of hearing me call) and tells me she's aware of the mix up with my order and was pretty much gave me an "oh well too bad" attitude, when I asked her if she was going to make it right. Meanwhile the order I received was $10 and the order I placed was $50. I asked her if she could remake the order and have it redelivered and she was very dismissive and then stopped talking altogether and put the phone down. I spend 2-3 minutes saying "hello hello" until I realized she wasn't coming back. I hung up and continued to call back and the phone kept on a busy signal. Eventually I had to submit and drive to pick up my DELIVERY order. When I got there the ladies were very rude and gave me the "not my problem" excuse. I also had to pay for a delivery and a driver tip on an order I had to go pick up myself as they didn't know how to refund a partial order. If this is your idea of customer service, then you just lost a long time customer! I'll never buy a subway sandwich again because of this location. Subway needs to do better. Stop spending all your money on pro athlete commercials and hire some competent staff that cares about your mission and customer...

My husband and I were there today to sit and eat in before he had to go to work. There was an older gentleman in front of us that had ordered 3 sandwiches and the kid making them was still putting/struggling with the cheese. Well it was so beyond slow that we ended up deciding that we would just go home to eat our sandwiches. Well that never happened either, by the time my sandwich even went into the toaster we decided that we would just take our sandwiches to go eat at home. Guess what? That got changed too! It was STILL so slow that my husband didn’t even get to order a sandwich, he was already behind on getting to work so he had to take me home and then go to work without anything to eat. Read moreOrdered online today 3-1-24 and placed the order for 20 minutes out for ready for pickup. Upon arriving I was notified that they didn't have enough tuna to fill my order ( I ordered 2 tuna subs) that I could replace it with another sandwich. I guess they didn't look at the whole ticket because I overheard the lady say "oh they had another tuna?" Then it was said "I don't have time to make tuna". Ok, cool I understand that you guys get busy so no problem I ordered two different sandwiches. As I get in the car and check my order not 1 out of my 3 sandwiches were correct. The 2 new ones that were just ordered to replace the tuna subs were wrong and the sweet onion chicken teriyaki that was able to be made had mayo all over it with no sweet onion sauce .
